Clio Bushland helps people transform

Her work spans corporate leadership development, individual coaching, emotional resilience, and practical behavior change, grounded in the belief that courage is the necessary first step in any meaningful change.
 
Trained in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clio integrates a clinical understanding of human behavior with a foundation in neuroscience and more than two decades of hands-on business leadership. She served as COO and later Executive Director within the Ellyn Satter organizations, helping build a global brand as well as an education and research institute. She has led teams through growth, restructuring, and organizational change. Her career includes experience in business management, non-profit leadership and mentoring leaders across diverse sectors.
 
Clio’s approach blends research with real-world practicality. She is the creator of The Steady State™ and the S.T.E.A.D.Y.™ Leadership Model, which help managers develop emotional resilience, strong communication skills, and the capacity to lead effectively under pressure. Through her Courageous Living work, she supports individuals in building agency, aligning choices with values and goals, and navigating fear-driven obstacles in health, relationships, entrepreneurship and personal growth.
