Clayton Dunn

Neurodivergent Burnout Coach

Clay began his career as a mechanical engineer. He was successful, on the surface. But Sundays were spent dreading Monday. He'd exceed expectations, but felt like he was failing. He kept trying to force himself to work harder, to do better - after all, everyone else seemed to be doing just fine, right?

He was trying so hard to become organized, productive, useful – and nothing stuck for longer than a week, often not even a couple of days. He beat himself up for it. During this time he learned that he had ADHD and autism ("AuDHD"). He knew that it meant something had to change, but didn't know what.

Then, his life as he knew it fell apart. A car accident, an ER visit, a breakup, depression, anxiety, and burnout hitting harder than ever, all in a single month. That was his turning point. He knew that he had no choice but to change, to find something that works for him.

"Sink or swim." He swam. He developed a system that helped him be consistently productive, to have more energy, to have better sleep, and to create a life that he genuinely loved living. A methodology built for his neurodivergent brain. Practical, sustainable, and holistic. He figured it out, not by listening to all of the gurus online, but by paying attention to what worked through years of trial and error.

He knew that there are so many people out there struggling with what almost killed him. He knew he had to help them.

So he quit his successful career as an engineer and pivoted to coaching full-time. Clay helps professionals with ADHD and AuDHD overcome burnout. He works with professionals in any field who are exhausted, feel like they're falling behind, and running on empty - people who don't need "more discipline", "more motivation", or "try harder" – they need a different approach.

His mission: to help people with ADHD and autism stop fighting their brain, and start building a life that actually works for it.
