Claudia Scalisi

Renaissance Embodiment Coach

Claudia Scalisi is a visionary educator and modern matriarch, founder of a global movement redefining womanhood through ritual, story, and embodied wisdom.

She teaches that matriarchy begins with initiation – a conscious passage through menopause that births sovereignty.

Drawing on two decades of yoga, meditation, and the creative arts, she guides midlife women through nervous system repair, creative reclamation, and leadership transformation.

Her journey through early onset menopause and unrealised motherhood became the crucible for her work. When medical narratives left her unseen, Claudia turned to forgiveness ceremonies, spiritual rituals, and embodied practices to reconnect with her changing body. She reframed grief as a portal into wisdom, positioning the menopausal transition as initiation into matriarchal presence.

Through ritual, storytelling, and embodied wisdom, Claudia teaches women to practice self‑attunement, reclaim pleasure, and rise into sovereignty. Her editorial writing and courses, including The Reconnection Journey, are the “offspring” of her matriarchal path – cultural legacies born from grief transmuted into guidance.

Claudia’s mission is to dismantle outdated narratives of midlife and motherhood, opening space for women to claim initiation through menopause rather than motherhood. She blends science, ceremony, and systemic critique into poetic education, inviting women everywhere to reclaim rhythm, joy, and power as cultural matriarchs.
