Claudia D. Thompson is a leadership consultant, team strategist and founder of The Business Fabrik, the no-nonsense leadership academy for entrepreneurs who never planned to be leaders.
 
With over 20 years of experience across industries from fashion to software, she knows firsthand what happens when brilliant people burn out, teams lose motivation and business owners feel overwhelmed by leadership challenges no one prepared them for.
 
Born and raised in Germany, Claudia moved to London at 25 to pursue a childhood dream. She built her career working with and within small businesses, the kind of fast-moving, values-driven environments where leadership makes an immediate impact.
 
Despite working in successful companies, she kept seeing the same patterns: poor leadership causing good people to walk, workplaces full of confusion instead of clarity and owners trapped in survival mode.
