Chrissie Catling is an Advanced RTT Hypnotherapist, Certified Hypnotherapist and founder of Access Your Own Healing, working in Melbourne, Australia and worldwide via Zoom, primarily treating those suffering from trauma and unresolved pain.


Chrissie was personally trained by the acclaimed Marisa Peer, pioneer of RTT Hypnotherapy, and RTT’s global training team. Her knowledge and understanding are imbued with more than three decades of enquiry into higher consciousness and traditional and integrative healing modalities.


RTT Hypnotherapy is a certified, global therapy based on neuroscience providing a multi-dimensional approach as it combines the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
