Charles V. Sasser Jr. is an Executive Leadership Strategist, Senior Training Executive, and retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major with three decades of distinguished military service and over a decade of global corporate leadership. Renowned for translating elite operational discipline into actionable corporate frameworks, Charles specializes in organizational resilience, adaptive learning, and high-stakes decision-making.

During his 30-year military career, Charles served as the 22nd Command Sergeant Major of the storied 1st Infantry Division (The Big Red One) and within the 82nd, 101st, 4th, 2nd and 25th Infantry Divisions leading and mentoring up to 29,000 personnel. His distinguished service in combat (multiple tours Iraq and Afghanistan) and high-stakes environments earned him four Bronze Stars, two Legions of Merit, and the Combat Infantryman Badge. Holding elite Ranger, Airborne, Pathfinder, and Air Assault qualifications, he mastered the art of building unbreakable, mission-driven teams under immense pressure.

Transitioning to the international advisory sector, Charles served as a senior strategic advisor for NATO and managed complex multinational security and training operations across the Middle East and Africa. His global assignments include high-level advisory and training roles in Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Iraq, and the UAE, highlighting his expertise in cross-cultural leadership and international security cooperation.

Today, Charles serves as a Training Manager at Adacel Technical Services, where he pioneers the integration of AI-powered analytics, adaptive learning technologies, and high-fidelity simulation systems to modernize large-scale defense and aerospace programs for organizations like the USAF and FAA. His innovative training governance strategies have consistently delivered massive readiness gains and measurable performance improvements.

An active member of the SBDC Advisory Board, Charles is a highly sought-after keynote speaker who empowers executives and organizations worldwide to navigate complex transitions. He is also the author of the military thriller series Led by Love of Country.
