Brianna Atkins

Founder & Women’s Wellness Expert

Brianna Atkins is a mom of two, former professional dancer, Master of Social Work, and the founder of WOMANLY Health and Fitness — a growing virtual wellness brand supported by a global community of empowered women.

Brianna’s passion for fitness began with her dance background. After training and performing competitively for 12 years, she gained collegiate and then professional experience with the University of Virginia and Los Angeles Clippers dance teams. The intense physical demand and self-exploration that dance requires — as both sport and art — revealed the empowering connection between physical and mental strength.

After having the infamous “two under two” during an unexpected season of nomadic motherhood and losing touch with the woman she used to be, Brianna knew something had to change. She needed to prioritize herself again — to be seen as a whole woman, not just a mom. But she wanted to do it her way: feminine, bold, transparent, and rooted in education.

That’s when she developed strategies to efficiently transform her own mental and physical health — and WOMANLY was born.

By embracing the feminine urge to feel sexy and integrating skills like communication, boundary setting, and time management into her wellness approach, Brianna helps women rebuild confidence, discipline, and identity in ways that are both fun and sustainable. She teaches women to feel sexy, strong, and grounded through healthy, lasting habits — without sacrificing the moments that matter most.

A Master of Social Work who’s dreamed of becoming a clinician since high school, Brianna is deeply motivated to improve women’s physical and mental health. Her professional experience includes work with the Charlottesville Court Services Unit, Kidsave, UVA’s Promoting Healthy Adolescent Development Lab, Georgetown University’s Culture and Emotion Lab, the Chesapeake Center for Youth Development, and Year Up.
