Bernadett's journey in the realm of women's health began with a deep interest in social sciences and women’s history. After completing her BA studies in Hungary, she relocated to the UK in 2009.

Delving into the world of childbirth, she became a Doula in 2011, and in 2013 she embarked on further studies at UWE to become a midwife.

Recognising the limitations of institutional healthcare, Bernadett took a bold leap, transitioning to develop her private practice. She dedicated two years to crafting her antenatal education program, culminating in the launch of her business in 2019, originally named "The Science of Birth".

Bernadett has supported numerous families, aiding them in achieving their ideal birth experiences. Continuously expanding her expertise, she acquired further qualifications as a Hypnobirthing practitioner in 2016, a legal diploma in 2022, and became a Biomechanics for Birth practitioner in 2023.

In 2022, following a natural evolution, she rebranded her enterprise to the “Womanly Art of Birth”.

Her innovative program encompasses:

Antenatal education for informed decision-making, parenting skills and motherhood transformations;

Hypnobirthing techniques for confident and calm birth experiences;

Biomechanics techniques to optimise physiological labour and birth;

Belly dance, the ancient art of childbirth;

Advocacy for birth rights;

Complete and ongoing Doula support.

She believes in approaching the perinatal period from a bio-psycho-socio-environmental and spiritual angle. She works in a trauma-informed way and has a special focus on helping women overcome previous birth traumas.

Bernadett asserts that a key element in attaining an empowering birth experience is owning the right "birth toolkit." Therefore, she has integrated the newest pain science research with ancient wisdom to help women champion their labour and birth.

Besides her professional endeavors, she indulges in her passions for art, ancient history, dancing, and writing.
