Beata Kaminska

Equestrian Mental Performance Coach

Beata Kamińska is an international expert in equestrian mental performance, known for helping riders deliver their best when it matters most. She specialises in building rider confidence, focus, and resilience under the pressure of world-class competition.

Her coaching career spans senior and young riders preparing for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the FEI Jumping European and World Championships, and the Eventing Nations Cup, as well as other major international events.

Beata combines hands-on experience with academic expertise, holding a degree from Hartpury University, one of Europe’s leading institutions in Equestrian Sports Science and Performance Analysis.

As both a practitioner and researcher, Beata leads impactful studies on mental toughness in equestrian sport, ensuring her methods are evidence-based while remaining practical for riders, coaches, and parents.

She has worked with athletes in over 8 countries across Europe, the USA, and Asia, and is a sought-after speaker at international conferences, where she inspires audiences with her fresh perspective on equestrian mindset and performance.

Beata is also the creator of the 6C Model of Equestrian Mental Performance, a unique framework designed to help riders not only succeed in competition but also sustain their careers with resilience and well-being. Through this model, she equips equestrian athletes with the mental tools to turn pressure into power and thrive both in and out of the arena.

Her mission is simple yet powerful: to shape a new generation of riders who compete with confidence, control, and clarity. Most importantly, she wants riders to enjoy the competitions they’ve worked their entire lives to attend, instead of being consumed by stress on the day it matters most.
