Arnt Eriksen
Brand & Creative Strategist
Arnt Eriksen is a globally recognised brand and creative strategist, author, and founder of Conquer OS™—a complete brand operating system designed to help founders and companies transform truth into strategic power.
Born in Lofoten, Norway, and raised in a family-run print shop, Arnt discovered early the art of craftsmanship and storytelling. At 25, he founded his first agency, and over the next three decades built and advised brands across Europe, the Nordics, the UK, and the US. His work has shaped global campaigns for PayPal, American Express, New Balance, and dozens of emerging challenger brands.
As the author of Brand You Economics and the architect behind frameworks such as the TEA and EAT models, Arnt has become known for blending clarity, emotional resonance, and commercial precision. His system, Conquer OS™, is used by founders to move from confusion to traction, and from noise to legacy—through strategic systems that build authority and accelerate growth.
A keynote speaker and mentor, Arnt has spoken at conferences across Europe, New York, and Sydney, sharing his philosophy that brands don’t need to be louder; they need to be clearer.
He now dedicates his time to teaching entrepreneurs and leaders how to Fuel the Vision and Craft the Legacy—because when founders lead with truth, they build brands the world remembers.
