My personal journey has included numerous operations from a very young age, including brain surgery. Each time, I learned to rebuild my body and make it stronger. Through these experiences something else strengthened too, my sensitivity to energy. Over time I realised that when I stand in front of someone, I can sense their energy and often feel it physically within my own body. At first I didn’t understand it, but when I gently shared what I was sensing, people confirmed it. I realised I wasn’t imagining it, I was feeling their energy.
My passion for healing others, combined with my own experiences with energy medicine, shaped my belief that the mind and body must be treated as one. Everything I have learned I first practiced on myself. One experience changed everything. When I was twelve, my brother accidentally broke my coccyx, leaving a visible lump at the base of my spine for years. Later in life, while reading The 12 Stages of Healing by Donald Epstein on a spring day, I experienced something extraordinary.
Suddenly, a bolt of energy came out of the blue. It hit me, taking me back and forth as if in slow motion. In that instant, the base of my spine straightened at the sacroiliac joint and the lump disappeared. I now understand this moment as an awakening. From then on my sensitivity intensified. When I place my hands on someone in pain, as my hands cool, the pain or tightness often dissolves. I can feel contraction, emotional holding and density within the body, not intellectually but somatically. Healing for me is not only physical. it includes emotional and energetic layers. With a grounded presence I can often sense hidden grief, guarded hearts or tension held in the body, and support people as those patterns release.
My work integrates breath and heart coherence, hot hands, chakra alignment, energetic renewal, emotional imprint release, nervous system regulation, neural tapping, thought-frequency awareness, pain relief and forgiveness. The foundation of my work is regulated presence. When the nervous system feels safe, it softens. When it softens, energy can move. I don’t chase symptoms. I change states. When the energetic and emotional roots beneath discomfort are addressed, healing is not forced, it is allowed. Everything I facilitate, I embody first. And in that presence, others remember how to return to themselves.
