Anna Dafna is a multiple award-winning ADHD coach, mentor, and psychologist (GMBPsS), renowned for coaching neurodiverse, scattered, and misunderstood minds to move beyond productivity and into presence. As the founder of Anna Dafna Coaching Ltd, she blends psychology, nervous-system science, and identity transformation to support high achievers turn overthinking into awareness, burnout into balance, and ambition into authenticity.
Anna is known for her unique ability to transform lives through holistic and neuroscience-based coaching explicitly designed for neurospicy minds. Her empowering, strengths-based approach integrates proven models of change and remains culturally responsive—creating lasting impact across all areas of life.
Her journey began in 2003 in Athens, Greece, where she coached her first student. After relocating to London, Anna went on to deliver more than 10,000 hours of coaching to over 1,000 clients in 10+ countries worldwide, mentoring them to regulate their nervous systems, enhance executive function, and reconnect with authentic confidence and clarity.
Anna holds a Master’s in Educational & Counselling Psychology (MEd) accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS), where she is also a Graduate Member. She has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Advanced ADHD & Executive Function Accreditation, and is a Licensed Provider of the Safe & Sound Protocol and Rest & Restore Protocol. In addition, she holds certifications in NLP, Leadership, Life Coaching and Psychological Astrology. She is a Master Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and a Reiki Master.
