Executive Leadership & Business Coach

Andy Hall is an executive coach, leadership development specialist and founder of Andy Hall Coaching. He helps organizations reduce employee turnover, improve performance and strengthen engagement by changing the everyday leadership behaviors that shape trust, ownership and accountability.
 
Before founding Andy Hall Coaching, Andy spent more than two decades in senior corporate leadership roles across the UK and US, leading teams in fast-paced, customer-focused organizations. That experience gave him a deep understanding of the pressure leaders face, the impact poor leadership has on people and performance, and the costly link between ineffective leadership behavior and employee turnover.
 
Andy is the creator of Leader As A Coach, a practical leadership development approach that helps leaders move away from telling, fixing and rescuing, and toward asking better questions, listening more deeply and developing the people around them. His work supports executives, managers, HR leaders and organizations that want to improve retention, build stronger teams and create cultures where people take ownership rather than wait for direction.
An accredited MBTI and DISC practitioner, Andy combines corporate leadership experience, coaching expertise and practical facilitation to create learning experiences that are simple, human and immediately applicable. His programs focus on trust, accountability, engagement, performance, leadership conversations and the behavioral shifts that help organizations keep their best people.
 
Through his articles, speaking and coaching work, Andy challenges the idea that retention is solely an HR problem. His core belief is that people do not just leave organizations, they always leave because of how they are led. His mission is to help leaders and organizations stop losing good people because of poor leadership and start building workplaces where people feel valued, trusted and empowered to perform at their best.
