Andrea Adams is a Certified Transformation Coach and the founder of The Haamiah Method, a structured yet deeply personal framework designed to help women break free from toxic workplace dynamics, dysfunctional family systems, and emotionally unsafe relationships.

Her work is grounded in both lived experience and professional development. After navigating years of emotional manipulation, systemic dysfunction, and complex relational dynamics in both corporate and family environments, Andrea invested in certifications in coaching and undertook extensive research to understand the deeper psychological and nervous system patterns that keep capable women stuck. She distilled this learning into The Haamiah Method, a clear pathway for women who are high-functioning on the outside but emotionally exhausted underneath.

Andrea specialises in helping women recognize patterns of emotional control, covert manipulation, people-pleasing, over-functioning, and identity loss. Her approach combines trauma awareness, practical boundary work, emotional regulation, and identity reconstruction. Rather than teaching women to “push through,” she teaches them how to return to themselves.

Her mission is simple: to help women rebuild a life anchored in emotional clarity, self-trust, and meaningful, healthy connection, whether in the workplace, at home, or within themselves.

Through her coaching practice, Andrea brings language to the invisible dynamics many women experience but struggle to articulate. She is committed to breaking generational cycles of dysfunction and helping women rise beyond the environments that once silenced them.
