Amanda Cowlrick

Homeopath, Reiki Master & Atua Healing Practitioner

Amanda is based in Auckland, New Zealand and founder of Replenish Healing® a holistic healing company that provides Reiki, Homeopathy and Atua Healing®.
 
It was when Amanda realised her passion truly lay in holistic healing, that she felt inspired to start her journey to retrain in her mid-forties and focus her energy on helping people be the best version of themselves through self-care and good health.

Amanda has seen the support and benefits of homoeopathy in her life since she was a teenager. Homoeopathy came into Amanda's life when an allopathic doctor told her the pain and weakness in her wrist were in her head. As a keen sportswoman, this was not the answer Amanda expected or accepted. Amanda then found a woman Annie, who became a lifelong friend to Amanda and her family. Annie gave Amanda a homeopathic remedy and the wrist issue resolved itself within days. There was no looking back from this point and Amanda has used homeopathy since then whenever needed with impressive results.

Fast forward to 2018 Amanda decided to learn Reiki and began to study Acute Homeopathy full-time. She moved from working full-time to part-time with her current SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) clients, to finish helping them implement better systems and procedures. Since her company's mission was to support and help her clients grow their businesses, Amanda continued this work to support her current clients until they could thrive without her. This work also helped her fund her studies.

By the end of 2019, Amanda had completed her Reiki Masters. At this point, Amanda began studying Chronic Homeopathy part-time completing this in 2021. At this time she also completed her Practitioner Certificate in Atua Healing ®. Atua Healing is a Māori based energy healing system founded by Carmal Cochrane in New Zealand.

In 2021 she joined the Reiki New Zealand Board as Database Manager, Website Development and Reiki News Production for a 3-year term, due for renewal in 2024.

The system changes Amanda has suggested have been well supported by other board members. Amanda has worked at updating the systems used, such as a new CRM system and website.
The New Zealand Reiki Conference team has invited Amanda to present a talk at the 2024 Reiki Conference on; ‘How to start a holistic business in New Zealand.’

Amanda also helps to run one of a series of monthly pod meetings for a group of Homeopaths to get together and discuss cases, remedies and other news. The New Zealand Council of Homeopaths endorse these pod meetings.

Amanda believes that supporting your body using homeopathy and other energy healing practices such as Reiki are invaluable tools in the Holistic Health System which has performed wonders in collaboration with allopathic medicine during her journey to wellness.

Amanda looks forward to seeing where this new path less travelled will take her in the future. Wherever and whatever that may look like, Amanda is viewing her future with excitement for the positive changes she can offer others in their health.

This journey has been inspirational and has led her to realise that to be there for others; we must also be there for ourselves.

Qualifications, Training & Affiliations
· Amanda Cowlrick is registered with the New Zealand Council of Homeopaths (NZCH).
· She has subscribed to the professional code of ethics through the NZCH. The NZCH is the professional body, responsible for upholding professional standards and maintaining the register of Homeopaths for New Zealand.
· Diploma of Acute Prescribing using Homeopathy, 2018
· Diploma of Chronic Prescribing using Homeopathy, 2021 from the College of Natural Health & Homeopathy (accredited & approved by NZQA).
· Amanda is registered with New Zealand Reiki NZ Inc. and is also on their board as Database Manager, Web Development and Reiki News Production
· Amanda is a trained Atua Healing Practitioner.
