Alexandra Campo
Trauma Coach and Somatic Practitioner
Alexandra Campo is a trauma coach, somatic practitioner, and a PhD candidate in metaphysical counseling who specializes in heart–brain coherence, trauma-releasing bodywork, and nervous system healing for high-achieving individuals seeking aligned success, to keep from burning out, and to build a healthy, thriving family. She is the founder of Hero’s Ranch Holistic Healing, a healing farm where she developed the SAFE Framework™, a science-backed methodology that integrates somatic practices, coherence training, emotional release work, and tactics from several therapy modalities. This approach allows clients to become laser-focused on their healing.
As a U.S. Navy aviation veteran who was medically retired after a spinal injury and as a survivor of abuse by her ex-husband, Alex brings a rare combination of lived resilience, scientific understanding, and grounded compassion to her work. Her personal healing journey, which included caring for her two young children at the time, combined with extensive training as a K9 behaviorist and her knowledge in somatic techniques, nervous system education, neurolinguistic programming, brief intervention therapy, and animal-assisted therapy, informs the practical and accessible way she created her healing programs. She approaches the mind, body, and spirit as a whole.
Alex’s work bridges neuroscience, psychophysiology, quantum biology, and evidence-based somatic tools, all delivered with warmth and approachability. She is widely recognized for helping clients shift out of survival mode and into coherence-driven leadership, where emotional stability, prosperity, and well-being naturally expand.
Through Hero’s Ranch Holistic Healing, Alex supports individuals, families, and professionals in cultivating trauma releasing, self-regulation, heart-based resilience, and prosperous nervous system health. Her mission is to guide over 400 million people to create lives, relationships, and financial outcomes that feel calm, aligned, and deeply empowered from the inside out.
