The long biography will be featured on your profile page. Here you have the chance to write a comprehensive overview of your professional history and achievements. You have the freedom to add as much information as possible, but strive to keep it under 2000 characters.

Alexandra “Alex” Campo is the founder of Hero’s Ranch Holistic Healing and creator of the SAFE Framework™, a structured approach designed to help responsible adults carrying work, life, and family pressure reduce cognitive drag, stabilize execution, and build sustainable capacity. Her work translates nervous system stabilization, somatic practice, and performance psychology into practical tools for people whose lives and responsibilities have begun to feel heavier than they should.

A U.S. Navy aviation veteran, somatic practitioner, medical researcher, and PhD candidate in Holistic Health Coaching, Alex brings a grounded, interdisciplinary lens to the intersection of physiology, behavior, and real-world execution. Her work is shaped by both lived resilience and over a decade of study across nervous system education, somatic methods, coherence-based practices, behavior change, and practical intervention strategies.

Through Hero’s Ranch Holistic Healing, Alex develops programs, tools, and educational resources that help capable adults think more clearly, reduce internal friction, and create steadier follow-through without burnout. She is especially focused on supporting people navigating sustained responsibility across work, family, and daily life, not by asking them to push harder, but by helping them remove the hidden drag that makes everything feel harder than it should.

Her work is known for being calm, strategic, and deeply practical. Her philosophy is structure over force, clarity over overwhelm, and stabilization before execution. Real-world change happens through clear, focused steps repeated consistently over time.
