Aiga Smite is a multi-award-winning Holistic Healing & Wellbeing Expert, author and founder of Healing with Gaia. Her work is rooted in a whole-person approach to wellbeing, exploring the interconnected nature of physical, emotional, mental and energetic health.

Over the years, Aiga has developed her practice through holistic wellness, Reiki and energy healing, EFT, mind-body awareness and intuitive approaches to wellbeing. Rather than viewing symptoms in isolation, she encourages a deeper exploration of the factors that may influence a person’s overall state of balance and wellbeing.

Her work has received multiple professional recognitions, including being named Holistic Healing Specialist of the Year in both 2020/21 and 2021/22. She is also the author of Beyond Symptoms, which reflects her philosophy of looking at health and wellbeing through a broader, holistic lens.

Aiga is the founder of Healing with Gaia, through which she continues to develop her work, share holistic wellbeing education and create connections within the wider wellness community. Her approach combines professional experience with a deep curiosity about the relationship between the body, emotions, lifestyle and energetic wellbeing.

As an Executive Contributor to Brainz Magazine, Aiga writes about holistic healing, whole-person wellbeing, mind-body connection, emotional and energetic health, self-awareness and approaches that encourage people to become active participants in their own wellbeing.

Her mission is to help broaden the conversation around healing- from simply asking “What is the symptom?” to exploring “What might the whole person need?”
