Adam Conn
Sirens to Strategy
Adam Conn is a former Metropolitan Police Officer and social entrepreneur dedicated to protecting and supporting the frontline community. With over two decades of experience in law enforcement, event security, and crisis response, Adam has developed a unique understanding of the physical and mental challenges faced by Police, Prison, and Ambulance professionals.
Following his policing career, Adam founded The Squad Group, a purpose-led enterprise focused on frontline innovation, wellbeing, and training. Through initiatives like Coffee for Coppers and Coffee for Heroes, Adam creates meaningful ways to support emergency service personnel—ensuring mental wellbeing is a priority while raising funds for charities such as PTSD999 and The PC Nicola Hughes Memorial Fund.
Adam is actively working to introduce The Glove, a Conductive Distraction and De-escalation Device (CD3), into UK Police and Prison services. His mission is to help officers gain access to safer, more effective tools for de-escalation and protection.
He is a Fellow of the Future of Policing Institute, and an advocate for practical training, early intervention, and mental health support.
Passionate, pragmatic, and deeply rooted in service, Adam Conn continues to drive change that protects the protectors.
