  • Veronika Monteith, Certified Therapeutic Coach, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Veronika Monteith is the founder of Mindflow Coaching, a therapeutic coaching practice dedicated to helping ambitious women identify and shift the subconscious beliefs quietly driving their self-doubt, self-sabotage and disconnection from themselves - even when everything on the outside looks fine.   A certified Rapid Transformational Coach®, Positive Intelligence Coach® and Mindvalley Certified Hypnotherapist, Veronika brings together subconscious belief work, nervous system awareness and hypnotherapy-based tools in a methodology she developed called the Triple A Shift™. Built around three stages - Awareness, Acceptance and Action - it was born from a recognition that most coaching jumps straight to action, bypassing the one step that makes change actually stick.   Veronika's path to this work was deeply personal. After 14 years living in Oman, she returned to Slovakia with her two children and rebuilt life from scratch. To everyone around her, she had it together. Inside, she was running on empty - people-pleasing, holding herself to impossible standards and never asking for help. The emotional weight eventually showed up in her body through regular migraines and severe back pain. Then one day, listening to a podcast with Marisa Peer, three words stopped her in her tracks: "I am enough." She said them out loud - and burst into tears. That moment cracked something open.   Not long after, the pandemic hit - and she dove deep into personal growth, driven by a desire to truly understand herself and become a better version of herself - as a person and as a mother. The more she learned, the more she wanted to go further. That journey is what ultimately led her to train as a coach.   She knows firsthand what it costs to keep going without ever truly feeling enough - and that understanding shapes everything about how she works with her clients.   Today, Veronika works with women internationally, helping them move from performing their lives to genuinely living them. Her clients come from across Europe, the US, Asia and beyond - women who are ready to stop managing their patterns and start shifting them at the root. • Ashley Morken, Founder, Creative & Executive Director, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Ashley Morken is the Founder, Executive & Creative Director of Healing Hearts Haven, a family enrichment organization dedicated to strengthening children, families, and communities through creativity, education, emotional integration, and opportunity. Her work bridges law, leadership, publishing, expressive arts, and personal development to create practical pathways for lasting human transformation.   Ashley earned her Juris Doctor and a Master's degree in Environmental Law and Policy before spending years representing children and families as a public defender in South Dakota's juvenile justice system. Working alongside young people whose lives had been shaped by trauma, abuse, addiction, neglect, and generational adversity, and recovering from her own childhood and young adult traumas, she witnessed a recurring problem: accountability existed, but meaningful opportunities to heal, belong, and discover purpose often did not. That realization, along with her own journey to healing systemic abuse became the catalyst for founding Healing Hearts Haven.   Today, Ashley has acquired a second master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and leads an expanding ecosystem that brings together coaching, workshops, retreats, online learning, publishing, expressive arts, youth development, and community initiatives under one mission: helping people move beyond awareness into meaningful, embodied change. Her work is grounded in the belief that insight alone rarely transforms lives; lasting growth happens when creativity, relationships, education, and opportunity work together to help people integrate what they already know.   A published legal scholar whose work has appeared in the South Dakota Law Review, Ashley is also an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine, a published author, speaker, professional artist, and life coach. Through her writing, speaking, artwork, and educational programs, she explores topics including emotional integration, family systems, creative leadership, youth development, resilience, and building communities that foster belonging rather than simply reacting to brokenness.   Ashley's long-term vision is to establish a Healing Hearts Haven campus that serves as a restorative center where children, families, educators, artists, community leaders, and organizations come together to learn, create, heal, and grow. Her mission is rooted in one simple belief: You can't change what happened, but you can choose what happens next. • Connie Gable, Founder of Mystic Tarot Wisdom, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Connie Gable is the founder of Mystic Tarot Wisdom, an intuitive Tarot practice rooted in compassion, connection and the belief that each of us carries an inner wisdom waiting to be remembered. A retired Family Nurse Practitioner, Connie spent her professional life caring for others, first as an ICU nurse and later as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her years in healthcare taught her the importance of listening deeply, meeting people where they are, and creating a safe space for healing and transformation.   Long before she understood them, Connie experienced intuitive gifts such as precognitive dreams, clairvoyance, clairsentience and a deep sense of knowing. While raising her family and building her nursing career, those gifts took a quiet place in her life. After retirement, Connie felt called to explore them more intentionally through mediumship development, the study of near-death experiences, psychic-medium training, and unltimately certification as an intuitive Tarot reader.   Today, Connie brings her lifelong calling to care for others into Mystic Tarot Wisdom. She does not view Tarot as fortune-telling or a way to predict a fixed future. Instead, she uses the cards as visual tools to illuninate the energy already present, awaken intuition, and offer clarity, insight, and inspiration. Her readings encourage people to quiet the voice of the mind, listen to the heart, and reconnect with their authentic selves.   Connie's work is especially focused on creating a welcoming, sacred space for individuals navigating transitions, seeking clarity, or simply feeling called to explore their own intuition. Through individual readings, Tarot education, and community experiences, she hopes to help others recognize that the answers they seek are often already in them. She considers her role a natural extension of her life as a teacher and healer - and a small part of the greater awakening and remembrance of our interconnectedness with one another and the world around us.
