  • Christy Robinson, Medical Psychologist | Author | Feng Shui Master, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Christy has been studying the mind for 25 years. In 2013, she began to search for healing modalities outside of western medicine during her own medical journey with Lyme Disease. This is when she became aware of energy and started to study a wide range of other perspectives and philosophies. This journey led her to study under a leading Feng Shui master. Here, she made the connection between mind and home.   With her training as a medical psychologist, she was able to connect the universal blocks that we all experience in life and how our homes reflect what is going on in our minds. She discovered three ancient principles that align across Feng Shui, psychology and western medicine. As founder of The Intention Shop and The Peaceful Life platform, she uses these powerful principles to empower women worldwide.   Christy is a trained medical psychologist and Feng Shui master that empowers women to live flourishing lives. By connecting their mind with their home through Feng Shui, powerful intentional change is created. Her mantra: You are worthy of your dreams.   Christy has extensively studied the connection between chronic stress and the development of physical disease. She has a doctorate in psychology and a masters degree in behavioral neuroscience. Additionally, she completed training in a post-doctoral program for prescriptive rights in clinical psychopharmacology.   Her experience in life, neuroscience, eastern wisdom and entrepreneurship make her ideally suited to bridge the gap between 5000 year old wisdom and modern science in a unique way. • Ward Stanford, Nutrition & Wellness Coach, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Ward Stanford is not your average personal trainer and nutritionist. Reaching over 420 pounds in his twenties as a rising HR executive, he knew he had to make a change and somehow- he had to make it last. Now more than a dozen years later he can add powerlifter, amateur bodybuilder, hybrid athlete, and half marathoner to his accomplishments— not as a professional with a team and a recovery staff, but as a person who figured it out the same way most people do: through reading, experimenting, failing, and adjusting until the science and the lived experience finally agreed with each other. That background produces a kind of expertise that no certification alone can replicate — a deep, practical fluency in body recomposition, muscle building, fat loss, cardiovascular training, and long-term health that comes from having actually done all of it, at real-life scale, without favorable genetics, or professional infrastructure.   What separates Ward and Built Anyway Coaching from a smart trainer with a good program is the psychology. Ward holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology — the science of motivation, behavior change, and what actually makes people follow through. Combined with advanced knowledge of nutrition science, blood work and biomarker management, GLP-1 pharmacology, and evidence-based supplementation, the result is a coaching approach that treats the whole person rather than just the macros.   The complicated gets made simple. The science gets translated into daily life. And the psychology gets applied not as a motivational afterthought but as the foundation the entire program is built on — because knowing what to do and actually doing it are two completely different problems, and Ward has spent his career learning how to solve both. • Edmund McKillop, Counsellor and Psychotherapist, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Edmund is a counsellor, psychotherapist, consultant, trainer, and founding director of Rosny House Limited. When 18 years old, after receiving unconditional offers to study optometry and pharmacy at university, Edmund decided to train to become a Catholic diocesan priest for Scotland. He was accepted into seminary and began his training in philosophy and theology at the Pontifical University of Salamanca, Spain. After two successful years, he returned to Scotland to complete his training. It was at this time, through a process of discernment, that he decided to not become a priest but to continue his studies to become a high school teacher. Having achieved a Bachelor of Divinity with distinction, from St. Patrick’s Pontifical University in Maynooth, he went on to complete a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education (with distinction) at the University of Glasgow. After teaching for several years, Edmund began to notice that the emotional dynamics in various classes could affect positively or negatively the educational performance of the students. He also became aware of the emotional responses that he experienced towards various groups, and how this impacted on his teaching. Intrigued to learn more, he completed a COSCA (Counselling & Psychotherapy in Scotland) Certificate in Counselling Skills, and discovered that the increase in self-awareness vastly improved his teaching ability. This made him want to learn more, and he embarked on a two year COSCA Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling. He graduated as a qualified psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist in 2008, and is registered with COSCA. Edmund taught full-time in high schools for over twenty years, including successful leadership roles in pastoral care and subject management. He now teaches students who are training to be counsellors. He launched his own private practice called Rosny House, and continues to work in education and business as a consultant.
