About Success

Stop listening to anyone’s definition of success. Telling you success is about waking up at 3am, becoming vegan, screaming affirmations daily and that love and light mentality; Yes, do all of the above and... Get in the thick of life and build that flipping mental resilience to help you get over life’s tough experiences. Like learning how to deal with death, getting over your childhood traumas so that you can move forward with your adult life and how to have crippling problems and still manage to show up daily so that your dreams and aspirations don’t die a death simply because you’re faced with problems. Not most people will tell you, but life doesn’t care about your problems, it continues to happen. Therefore, learn how to deal with what you’re faced with without breaking down. Face your fear and create a plan on how you’ll consciously move forward no matter what’s happening. Less excuses and breakdowns, more execution…And get an accountability coach or mentor to help you along your journey of you’re struggling.

About Authenticity

Being authentic is not about having makeup on or off or being naked and showing your body on social media telling the world that you accept yourself whatever your shape, dressing down or up, or swearing/not swearing to express yourself. It’s about finding out what your core values are and aligning yourself with them, then allowing them to guide you with everything you do in this world. So, figure out what your core values are, write them down and start asking yourself daily, “am I living according to my values”. This will get you congruent with who you are and making decisions will become easier.

About Blaming Others

I always put an age stump on this one, because there comes a time when the adult in you has to show up. And that age is 25 years old and above. In my eyes you’re now classed as a fully grown mature adult and must start taking accountability for your life. Blaming others becomes immature and boring and an excuse for not creating what you want. You’ll need to grow up and start parenting yourself. (Tough love here, I know).

Do your shadow work and stop stressing and blaming everyone around for your childhood traumas as an adult. Throwing tantrums and refusing to acknowledge and deal with our inner demons is the worst experience for anyone doing life with such an individual. If you’re screaming at everyone, being angry about everything, not achieving your goals in life, going into depression and struggling with life emotionally, seek support. Therapists, coaches, mentors, support groups are here for you. Get yourself out of your own traps and repeated cycles. The past is the past and no amount of anger, screaming, depression, emotional struggling will change it. Move through the mud and get on the other side. You can do this. And for goodness’s sake, if you can’t do it alone, GET HELP!
