When it comes to decoding the truth of who you are and turning it into wealth, few do it with the power, precision, and presence of Brianna Anderson. She is a master of embodiment, a leader who lives what she teaches, and a walking permission slip for what is possible when you build from truth instead of templates.

She is the founder of Universal Love Academy™ and the visionary behind transformational frameworks like Genius by Design™ and Designed for Wholeness™.

Her work is not for the faint of heart. It is for the ildly gifted, the misunderstood, the high-performing yet hollow leaders who know they are meant for more but have not had the mirror to see it yet. With a voice that cuts through the noise and a frequency that rearranges you on a cellular level, Brianna is not here to inspire. She is here to initiate.

In this exclusive interview, Brianna shares the story behind her iconic approach to business and identity. She reveals how she helps clients remember their soul-level gifts and offers a bold perspective on what it really takes to build a fulfilling, legacy-driven life.

Brianna Marie Anderson, Revolutionary Translator – Coach, Speaker, Author

"Introduce yourself. Please tell us about yourself and your life, so we can get to know you better. Feel free to share your hobbies, your passions, your family life, your pets, and anything that makes you unique."

I am a Taurus sun, Scorpio moon, Gemini mind. Meaning I am here to feel everything deeply, translate it clearly, and transform it into wealth.

I am a wildly successful entrepreneur, the CEO of Universal Love Academy™, a global speaker, an author, and the Divine Translator of Truth™.

I do not do surface. I do not do templates. I do cellular shifts. I build empires on embodiment. I live for those goosebumps, truth hits your spine, kind of moments.

I am a lover of heavy weights, sensual music, and radical epiphanies. I stretch my spine in the morning, lift heavy at the gym, cry in the bath, write books at midnight, and kiss my man like it is the first time every time. I am simply in love with Romance.

My life is a ceremony, a comedy, and a calling. My business is an excuse to entertain people, and let my inner knowing translate to the public. Service makes me feel like I am connected to the earth. I am obsessed with helping people remember that they are the map, and that success is whatever we create.

I have had my fair share of death and rebirth. Trial and error. Beauty and breakdown. But what I know for sure is this. The soul came to celebrate it all. To commit to its creativity. To persevere not because it has to, but because it gets to.

My life is anchored in living boldly, loving deeply, and remembering that pleasure is not a luxury. It is a compass.

My core principles are simple.

Love and nurture the self until selfishness no longer exists in your vocabulary.

Take the risk, because the current of aliveness always flows through the unknown. And connection, real, raw, heart-wide-open connection, is the win.

When I am not decoding the human experience through reading or writing, I am chasing wonder. I crave adventure. Nature. Newness. I want to taste life, not just survive it.

And above all, I believe that wholeness is not something you find. It is something you remember.

What advice would you give to someone feeling unfulfilled in their current career and looking to align their work with their passions?

Unfulfillment is not failure. It is feedback. It is your soul knocking like,

Hey babe, this is not it. You were made for more and you damn well know it. Start with the questions you have been dodging, like bills.

What lights you up when no one is watching? What will kill you if you continue hiding it?

Where are you performing just to be praised instead of remembering who the hell you are?

Most importantly, are you willing to give yourself what you think the job and career are giving you, including the money?

And then get your hands on your Human Design and Gene Keys Chart. Not because it is trendy. Because it is your truth.

You do not need a new job. You need a new identity. One who walks into the room and does not shrink, apologize, or wait for permission.

Success without self is still poverty.

Yes, you might have the bag, but if you left yourself behind to get it, it is empty.

Start increasing the amount of time you spend on your passion until it feels normal.

Until it feels holy.

Until you can no longer tolerate obligation energy in your field.

The truth is, you can have both while in the upgrade process. You can keep the unfulfilling job and still expand your tolerance window for passions. If you aren’t making time for it while you have the job, is it your passion? The energy behind fulfillment is always the vibration of “I get to,” not “have to,” and your current habits are up for an examination.

The real plot twist.

Most people do not know what their passion is.

Not because they are lost, but because the world taught them to silence it, to trade curiosity for credentials, to swap fulfillment for a steady paycheck and a congratulatory LinkedIn post.

And even when we do find that passion, we do not think we have earned the right to stay in that vibration all day. When we are in pleasure, we mistake it for being lazy. When we are anchored in joy, we have learned to also feel guilt. Most people feel that ease is suspicious as hell, and that success is effort, not flow.

So, we unconsciously stay in the job because it makes the struggle look justified.

We are not living out our wildest dreams; we are earning the right to live in the first place. My advice is to look at the culture in which you learned this behavior, but not to identify with it. The first step out of the job is to realize you want more than the script you have been handed, and it's not your fault.

Joy is not some dessert you only get after ten hours of soul-numbing hustle.

You do not have to earn what you already are; you are not here to prove your worth.

You are here to pour it. That means you must learn how to fill your cup up from the inside out.

You stop seeking direction when you realize that you are the map. You stop outsourcing value and power when you understand that you are the authority.

In simplest terms, stop outsourcing your aliveness to a paycheck. Decide that you want to live. Your aliveness is what you are after.

Now go on and make that your new normal.

If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?

If I could change one thing about the industry, I would remove the addiction to perfection and performance. The coaching and personal growth space has become obsessed with

polish, image, and selling certainty in a six-step sequence. But real transformation is not polished. It is raw. It is messy. It is holy. It does not always fit into a neat program. And honestly, I want less curated branding and more people saying, "Here is how I survived my breakdown and turned it into brilliance."

We do not need more influencers. We need more initiators. More truth-tellers. More soul-led disruptors who are not here to be admired, but to awaken.

I would love to see this industry finally open up to right-brain principles. We have worshiped logic, funnels, and formulas long enough. It is time to bring the mystic back into the marketplace. I would end the war between spirit and science, and end the illusion that masculine and feminine energies are at odds. They are not. They are dance partners. Strategy means nothing without soul. Structure collapses without embodiment. And the systems we create will always reflect the nervous system of the one leading them.

I want to see more businesses built on beauty. On pleasure. On energy. I want spiritual intelligence to be recognized as real intelligence. I want intuition to be seen as a leadership skill. I want energy to be treated like data. I want to normalize the conversation that alignment accelerates results far more than hustle ever could.

I would love to see the industry stop modeling hierarchy and start leading from synarchy, where we recognize each person’s unique genius, where leadership is shared, where power circulates instead of being hoarded. I want to see businesses that are less about control and more about co-creation. Less about domination and more about deep resonance.

Because everything, and I mean everything, is already woven together. Energy, emotion, embodiment, expression, execution. None of it is separate. So it is time we start operating like it. Business is not just numbers and sales tactics. It is rhythm. It is a relationship. It is remembrance.

That is the revolution I am here for. And that is the frequency I choose to lead from.

Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.

My greatest career achievement so far is the upcoming release of my book, arriving this July 2025. It is titled, “The Book of Epiphanies, Foreplay through Wordplay, Orgasms for Your Mind.” And let me tell you, it has been the most electrifying, liberating, and downright fun creative process of my life.

This book is not just a book. It is a reprogramming portal disguised as poetry. I take everyday words and explode them into meaning. I twist them, tease them, and reframe them so dramatically that your mind cannot go back to what it used to believe. Each chapter is a sensual, spiritual, and psychological awakening. It is art. It is a comedy. It is truth. It is soul. It is the permission slip you did not know you were waiting for.

Writing this book has reminded me that I have zero issue creating success on my terms. I do not follow trends. I do not check boxes. I create from pleasure, from truth, from genius. And I want everyone who reads this to remember that they can too. You do not need to be polished to be powerful. You need to be free. You get to become your creative rebel. Step outside the box, set the box on fire, and then write your masterpiece in the ashes.

You will be able to purchase this book directly through my Linktree, and trust me, you are going to want a copy in your hands. It is not just a read. It is an experience.

I love the quote by Carl Jung, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” In my work, I take those hidden, subconscious words and flip them onto the stage of your conscious awareness, reframing them to expand your perception and ignite new paradigms. I do it with my youthful energy, word by word, shift by shift, allowing your mind to get excited about the genius it has been sleeping on.

My Genius is to translate epiphanies that create revolutionary understanding. I am here to share new ideas with the world. I am okay with being the Genius and the Freak. This is why it is my greatest achievement yet.

Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.

One of the most pivotal moments in my life came when I walked away from everything. I left my second marriage, my career, and the religion I was raised in.

Not in rebellion, but in radical devotion to one question. God, show me who I am. And I am not asking.

It was a death and rebirth season.

A full body surrender. In the darkest nights, I would find flickering moments of truth. Tiny revelations that kept me going. Whispers of who I was underneath the conditioning.

Eventually, I followed those whispers to Bali, Indonesia. And it was not for Eat, Pray, Love. It was for heal, discover, and unearth. That trip cracked me open. It initiated me into a deeper truth and introduced me to Human Design, Gene Keys, and the mystical systems that finally mirrored back the clarity I had been praying for.

I learned how to make decisions correctly for my energy. I saw the patterns that kept me in cycles of self-abandonment. And I discovered a truth I will never again negotiate. I am here to lead, not conform.

Through my pain, I found purpose. Through my unraveling, I found power.

And through the remembering of who I am, I created Universal Love Academy to guide others back to the truth of who they are without shame, confusion, or the need to earn it.
