Gorgeous! Expansion asks for excellence. What does it mean? If you’re looking for the next opportunity, your excellence (achievements, milestones and wisdom) must be visible.

Woman in a red lace dress lies on a beige surface, hands behind head, with a calm expression. Bold red lipstick matches dress.

You didn’t work hard for nothing; all your efforts were meant to help you for the next step.

Your desire to be visible is not random; it’s a calling to express your excellence so you can impact more people.

It’s not strange, it’s evolution, more precisely called self-actualisation.

You feel in your guts that you’re born for more, you’re going through a career transition. Don’t dismiss this nudge, it’s your green light to step into your visibility and impact.

The truth is, you don’t subscribe to this idea of fake it to make it. You’re not in your twenties anymore.

What matters is honouring your leadership style and personality quiet not loud authentic not transactional purposeful not passive The truth is, you can.

The reality? The pressure is real: performance, self-doubt, perfectionism, mental overload And you want to be present for:

Your family

Your department Your division

The result? Being a firefighter is what you do at work and at home.

The result? You feel torn between many demands, and being visible is not your priority. Hold on a minute, there’s nothing wrong with you. You have a lot of pressure.

Being visible is not a tool to get what you want; thinking this way is too superficial and transactional.

Being visible is the bridge to make a difference and leave a legacy. And it starts with subtle nudges.

Until you can no longer dismiss this: This pull, nudge that you have to make space for YOU. Not for your friends, family or senior management.

But for you to stop feeling disconnected and disillusioned, and feel happy again.

And the cherry on the cake? When you’re happy, your cup is overflowing, and you can be there for others.

Let’s be honest, you climbed the ladder, it wasn’t all rainbows and unicorns, but you did it. Despite it all, the title, the status, the job or the money, it’s no longer what motivates you. Your purpose changed. You want to pay it forward.

The solution?

This is the moment you get to choose differently

  • Clarity - Choose your battles wisely. Something has to give; you cannot be the therapist or the problem-solver for everyone.

  • Choice - Despite it all, you always have the power to make a new choice, like saying no, setting new boundaries, protecting your peace and redirecting your focus with your Reticular Activating System.

  • Commit - Stop overcommitting. Instead, commit to what makes you feel alive, fulfilled, and unapologetic about living without regrets.

If you’re looking for your next opportunity and struggling with visibility and imposter syndrome, I invite you to book your Visibility Strategy session.
