What good is it when we do not have our health?

“The first wealth is health” – These famous words were spoken by Ralph Waldo Emerson.

In our younger years, we take our health pretty much for granted. Provided we get the right nutrients and mental nourishment we can pretty much count on it. At least that’s how it used to be.

However, as life takes its toll as we graduate through the University of Hard Knocks things may change along the way for many of us.

Good health isn’t everything but everything is nothing without good health. Is a proverb that is most accurate.

Then let’s look at why some people are healthy or why others are not?

Of course, there is no rule of thumb… And not everyone will agree.

But never the less it has been observed, by myself and many others, that emotional influences and influences are responsible for our way of thinking. Every experience and decision that we make is attached to an emotion. Reflecting not only in our every day, our lives, but also our own health and wellbeing. So, keeping in mind that our thinking has a huge impact on our health.

I remember times in my life when I woke up in the morning and sort of decided unwittingly what kind of day it’s going to be. Often it was like. E.g.: I have a feeling its going to be a rotten day… and guess what. I was right. ‘Self-fulfilling prophecy’ it is called.

Now if we would be open to turning our thinking into a positive direction and embrace the day with all it has to offer. Seeing and acting upon the opportunities that are offered to us by our subconscious mind – with an open conscious mind. Then suddenly our life may change for the better. We become liberated and literally are able to turn our lives around by focusing on our life and wellbeing in a positive manner.

Our minds have been programmed, and conditioned by our personal environment. Consequently, our personal experiences and our perception evolved accordingly. As Dr. Bruce H. Lipton says ‘perception creates the mind’. Thus, two people can go through the same scenario and both people can have a different view or experience from the same scenario all together. Who hasn’t witnessed something like that?

Then there are the inherited traits that we have adopted on an energetic level, which begin to manifest usually later on in life on the physical level. As symptoms and dis-eases as the end result. We usually accept them as ‘getting old.’

It has been frequently observed that members of the same family usually follow more or less -the same diet habits and lifestyle patterns for generations. What of course leads to the same end result.

The justification for the end result is usually blamed to be of genetic origin. What is in many cases accompanied with the feeling of helplessness.

We cannot see beyond the frame if we are in the picture.

Mainstream does not really encourage us to escape the picture and get to know what other options and what wonderful treatments and therapies are readily available

There is literally something for everyone. It is up to us the individual to take the energy and the effort to search for solutions. – taking self-responsibility.

So, my suggestion is to be open to listen, see and to do.

"You cannot know what you don’t know."

Once one starts looking outside of the box a whole new world opens up. Wellness orientated people usually care about their health and wellbeing and are open to receive.

Our whole Universe is energy and so is our body and mind. And where energy is out of motion or in disorder, we have disturbances. These disturbances may show up in our lives as physical illnesses or even perceived as mental illness.

When emotions are out of balance energetically speaking the created current may inflict harm onto the body on the physical level and places it at un-ease due to the energetic relationships what is widely known as the body-mind connection.

There is a solution to the problem. Discovering where the imbalances are in our lives and balancing them with consciousness to align, integrate and embody. When the energies and energy centres are in balance it is a lot easier to maintain health and wellbeing. When it comes down to the subtle body, we learn that the energy systems of our body govern our health. In true essence we are energy. An energy field known as the Human energy field.

So, it is in our very own hands or better minds to guide us to taking action for becoming healthier or, remain healthy along the journey of life, or some simply do nothing but expect the ‘wonder pill’ that takes all their woes away.

Like with everything in Life it comes down to personal choice and will to escape the picture.

The moral of the story is that ‘if you do not look after your own wellbeing no one else will’.

Amazingly most people pose more value into their car than into their wellbeing until it is too late to change it swiftly back to health.

So, without our good health and wellness on all levels even Wealth doesn’t seem that dear anymore. Therefore ’Our first wealth is health’ are true words indeed.

With aligned and integrated energies embodied within the consciousness our chances of living a healthy, balanced life in all areas of live are abundant. In this sense, I wish you fulfilled life.
