As Venus enters Pisces it’s time to get ahead and avoid putting on extra pounds especially if you have Pisces in the Sun, Moon or Ascending (Rising) signs, Venus in Pisces and or any of these planets in the following houses 1st, 5th, 6th, or 9th, For example, If you have Pisces in Venus in the 9th house you may want to incorporate the following into your lifestyle for the duration that Venus is in Pisces ( January 26 – February 20, 2023):

  • Start your morning off by drinking 8 ounces of warm or hot water with lemon 30 minutes prior to eating your first meal

  • Eat your first meal within one hour of waking to break your fast

  • Drink one liter of warm or hot water every 5 hours with squeezed lemon

  • Eat protein at every meal and aim for 4 to 6 small meals

  • Eat a serving of leafy green vegetables and mixed vegetables 3 to 4 times a day

  • Aim for 3 servings of complex carbohydrates

  • Aim for 25 to 30 grams of fiber a day form food, not supplements

  • Add an additional 20 minutes of strength training to your regimen

  • Aim for 3 to 5 strength training workouts weekly

  • Focus on 10 to 15 minutes of daily cardiovascular fitness (avoid running) or once or twice a week for 20 to 30 minutes

  • Create a healthy relationship with food and your body – learn to fuel and feed (70/30 rule)

  • Spend 7 to 10 minutes a day in visual meditation visualizing your healthy body

  • Incorporate quiet time and rest time into your day

  • Keep a daily gratitude journal

  • Incorporate crystals during meditation

Below are three crystals associated with Venus energy to help decrease bloat, improve digestion and keep your metabolism moving:

Carnelian (Sacral Chakra) – Helps give you the energy boost between meals. While eating tape the carnelian crystal below your navel to help release quilt, shame or judgement relating to fueling or feeding your body. You can also place the carnelian crystal below your navel during meditation and focus on an orange light while visualizing your healthy body.

Citrine (Solar Plexus Chakra) ‒ Helps keep your digestive system functioning properly. 30 minutes prior to eating each meal place the citrine crystal in your non-dominate hand and recite the following mantra:

As I fuel and feed my body I release weight, my digestive system is functioning properly and my body is healthy now.

Amethyst (Crown Chakra) – Helps reduce additive cravings and bloating. During meditation place the amethyst crystal on the top of your head until you see the color purple or feel a sensation on your head or anywhere on your body then you can remove the crystal from your head and hold it in your non-dominate hand for the remaining of your meditation.
