What is EmRes®?

Emotional Resolution® (EmRes®) is a groundbreaking method designed to resolve emotional patterns such as anxiety, anger, PTSD, phobias, and even physical symptoms with emotional origins. Unlike coping strategies or temporary self-soothing techniques, EmRes taps into the body's innate capacity for healing. It empowers individuals to dissolve emotional triggers through a natural process of somatic integration.

This method is backed by neuroscience and decades of research, offering a structured yet intuitive approach to emotional well-being.

Who is this training for?

The EmRes Practitioner Training, Module 1, is designed for:

  • Mental health professionals: Enhance your practice with an innovative, science-based tool that complements traditional therapy.

  • Coaches and wellness practitioners: Add depth to your services by helping clients break free from limiting emotional patterns.

  • Educators, leaders, and caregivers: Equip yourself with tools to navigate emotional challenges with resilience and clarity.

  • Anyone ready for transformation: Whether for personal growth or professional advancement, this training is a gateway to emotional freedom.

Training highlights

During Module 1, participants will:

  • Discover how the brain-body connection allows for emotional pattern resolution.

  • Learn the EmRes protocols and step-by-step application.

  • Practice real-time sessions to guide others through emotional integration.

  • Gain insights into how unresolved emotional patterns affect mental and physical health.

This immersive, hands-on experience ensures attendees leave with the confidence to start integrating EmRes into their practice or personal lives immediately.

Why choose EmRes?

At the heart of EmRes lies the principle that Emotional Resolution is innate and accessible to everyone. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EmRes does not require analyzing the past or reliving trauma. Instead, it gently guides individuals to access and process the root cause of emotional disruptions through their physical sensations. This fosters immediate relief and long-term transformation.

These physical sensations, known as interoception, are outdated predictions from the brain. EmRes helps update these interoceptive predictions, allowing individuals to release emotional triggers and achieve profound emotional well-being.
