Introduce yourself! Please tell us about yourself and your life so we can get to know you better. (Feel free to share your hobbies, passions, family life, pets, and anything that makes you unique.)

I am an ordinary person with so much to offer, and I am always eager to learn and explore new things. I have a wide range of hobbies and am constantly seeking out new adventures. When I'm not busy with work, I enjoy camping and hiking with my family. Being out in nature is magical for me—it's a place where I can meditate, find peace, and rejuvenate my spirit.

I also have a deep love for crystals. They hold a special place in my heart, and I can spend hours admiring their intricate beauty and energy. I dream of turning my workspace into a sanctuary filled with these natural treasures. During my breaks, I find great joy in using wire-wrapping techniques to create unique gemstone jewelry. This creative process not only brings me peace but also allows me to freely explore my imagination, serving as a form of active meditation.

Another passion of mine is gardening, particularly tending to our vegetable garden. Watching these plants grow from tiny seeds into thriving vegetables is incredibly fulfilling. It serves as a reminder of the transformations I witness in my clients. Seeing their progress and growth fills me with great joy and pride, especially when they achieve their goals.

Engaging in simple pleasures such as spending time outdoors, crafting, and gardening enriches my life and consistently motivates me on my journey to help others find their paths to growth and healing.

Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.

My journey has been an enriching tapestry of experiences that have guided me to where I am today. I feel blessed and grateful to be doing what I love. My 25 years of experience as a nurse form the foundation for the therapy I currently practice.

I didn't know what I wanted to do initially, but listening to my intuition was the most important factor. After high school, I started studying engineering. However, after two years, I realized I wanted to work in a field with a more human touch. This led me to study nursing, where I discovered my passion for helping people. After dedicating over 25 years to the healthcare industry, I've come to see my workplace as my second home. I find joy in working with people and bringing a smile to their faces.

In my forties, more than a decade ago, I became fascinated by Dr. Joe Dispenza's teachings because of my unending curiosity and constant thirst for knowledge. The concepts presented by Dr. Joe Dispenza, which revolve around the idea that our thoughts and beliefs shape our reality, had a profound impact on my life. Initially skeptical due to my background in the medical field, I was intrigued by the fact that his techniques are grounded in the latest findings in neuroscience and quantum physics. This realization led me to wholeheartedly embrace his teachings, marking the beginning of a transformative journey that has brought me to where I am today.

What inspired you to start A New Journey Therapy, and how has your personal journey influenced the services you offer?

After over a decade of immersing myself in extensive knowledge about the powerful link between the mind and body and how we can create our reality, I embarked on a profoundly transformative personal journey. Despite my unwavering passion for nursing, the demanding nature of the job became starkly apparent. The closure of our clinic due to the onset of COVID-19 granted me a guilt-free period of respite at home, leading to a profound revelation. The newfound freedom I had allowed me to fully engage in activities my soul had long yearned for, such as pursuing my hobbies, practicing meditation, and connecting with nature and myself. It was like returning home from a long trip and finding beauty everywhere. I felt as if I was living in a different dimension or swimming in the ocean, and there are simply no words to explain that feeling of liberation and joy every single day. Each of these previously overlooked pursuits ignited a sense of joy and reawakened my zest for life.

The pivotal moment arrived when a return-to-work call shattered this idyllic hiatus, triggering a physical pang akin to a stabbing sensation in my chest followed by a specific physical illness determined to halt this unwelcome return. With confidence and the wisdom gained over the past decade, I took charge of my reality, empowering myself. Subsequently, I not only healed myself but also transcended my previous physical state. Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) discovery marked yet another breakthrough, as I confidently recognized the parallels between Marisa Peer's approach and my journey. This realization prompted me to train in RTT and extend assistance to others from an elevated perspective because I wanted other people to feel what I was feeling then, to feel that freedom and liberation we were born with. My immediate connection with RTT solidified my unwavering belief in its efficacy, having personally experienced the profound influence of the mind on reality. I could delve into intricate details about this mind-opening journey, which ultimately inspired the inception of A New Journey Therapy.

Can you describe the different types of therapy services you offer and how they cater to various client needs?

I am exclusively dedicated to practicing Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) because I am convinced of its unparalleled effectiveness. My commitment to RTT is unwavering, and I continually strive to enhance my skills and methodologies through ongoing learning and staying updated with the latest advancements.

Although I have explored other therapies and am a certified Reiki Practitioner, I firmly believe that none compare to RTT's comprehensive and transformative power. True life change requires confronting and overcoming subconscious limiting beliefs beyond reading books or attending multiple therapy sessions.

Remarkably, half of my clients have sought various therapies for years before turning to me as their last resort. Witnessing their transformation is incredibly rewarding for both them and me. Seeing the release of old beliefs and the newfound happiness on their faces as they realize there's nothing inherently wrong with them is beyond words.

I provide full support throughout their journey, especially during the critical 21-day following RTT sessions. I offer tips to prevent the resurgence of negative behaviors or beliefs and reassure them that they can overcome their issues with patience and commitment. This empowers them to reclaim their freedom and become the happy, confident individuals they were always meant to be.

How do you approach the initial consultation process, and what can new clients expect during their first visit?

The initial consultation process is a vital first step that involves a complimentary coaching session. This session is thoughtfully designed to foster a safe and non-judgmental space, allowing clients to express their most pressing concerns and desires freely. Often, clients may struggle to pinpoint their exact wants but are keenly aware of what they don't want. This phase is crucial in helping them uncover their true aspirations. Additionally, I am fully committed to addressing any and all questions clients may have about therapy.

What sets A New Journey Therapy apart from other therapy practices in the area?

A New Journey Therapy is unparalleled in its approach as it operates at the subconscious level, effectively recreating the environment where clients form their initial beliefs. Through the integration of three potent therapies – Hypnotherapy, CBT, and NLP – clients are guided to unearth the root cause of their negative beliefs and transition towards positive and empowering ones. Following the session, clients receive a personalized recording tailored to their specific issues, which they diligently listen to for 21 days. This dynamic process enables them to rewire their minds and harness their mental power to manifest their desired reality, liberating themselves from detrimental thought patterns and behaviors. This empowerment allows them to embrace their true potential and materialize the lives they have always aspired to, whether it involves conquering anxiety, stress, procrastination, self-sabotage, fears, or addiction.
