Torus Solutions is a technical consulting practice registered in British Columbia, Canada, operating internationally. The company today announced availability for new client engagements in AI implementation, CRM architecture, and digital systems transformation.

Their clients include founders, small and mid-sized businesses, SaaS teams, and scaling organizations that design and implement CRM, automation, cloud, and AI-driven systems by integrating AI agents, operational workflows, and digital infrastructure to support scalable growth.

Services include:

  • Technical Project Delivery: End-to-end delivery of digital and technical initiatives across web platforms, CRM ecosystems, cloud environments, and AI-enabled systems, including project audits, project recovery, stakeholder coordination, and full-cycle technical project management.

  • CRM Optimization & System Improvement: CRM architecture, implementation, restructuring, integration, data cleanup, and workflow optimization across digital platforms and AI-enabled systems.

  • AI Systems Integration: Design and implementation of AI agents, workflow automation, knowledge systems, and structured data architectures that enable scalable business operations.

Engagements are available on both a consulting and contract basis, delivered remotely with availability for on-site work. Zimmel holds work authorization in Canada, Israel, and the United Kingdom and is currently accepting engagements with SaaS companies, enterprise organizations undergoing AI and CRM transformation, and growth-stage businesses.

Zimmel brings more than ten years of experience designing scalable customer intelligence systems, CRM infrastructure, data-driven workflows, and cross-functional technical initiatives across North America, Europe, and Asia. Her experience includes a decade leading CRM infrastructure, customer segmentation, and lifecycle workflow initiatives.

She has completed AWS Academy Cloud Foundations through the University of British Columbia and Python and AI-related coursework through Harvard University's online programs. She holds an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta.

Most recently, Zimmel has applied this systems expertise to Sibyl, a context-aware conversational AI project involving prompt engineering, workflow routing, memory architecture, and structured response design, providing hands-on experience in the practical implementation of AI systems.

"Most organizations aren't struggling because they picked the wrong AI model, they're struggling because no one built the structure around it," said Zimmel. "That's the gap I help close, turning fragmented systems and unclear workflows into systems that are structured, scalable, and built to last."

The Torus symbol reflects the practice's philosophy of building systems that are nimble, continuous, structured, and sustainable.
