If you are on Tik Tok, then you probably have heard of one of the famous influencers on the app, Alix Earle, who has gained increasing popularity in the last year or two with well over 6 million followers. Alix Earle is known for her fun, entertaining, and authentic content that she posts.

While many find Alix Earle to be relatable and down-to-earth, her life is far from normal with a very wealthy lifestyle which includes flying on private jets, expensive clothing, and luxurious living quarters. We are not here to hate on any of this though – she does have a gift of somehow still being grounded and level-headed through it all. Alix Earle tends to have a youthful style that flaunts her beautiful figure and many women look to her for her fashion choices. Since Alix Earle lives in Miami and has been on a handful of tropical vacations, we also get to see some of her swimsuit style choices as well. While Alix Earle’s style would not necessarily be described as “modest”, we did see that she wore some adorable boy short swimsuit bottoms from We Wore What and paired it with the matching bikini top in Sorrento, Italy over the summer. You have to understand that this style of swimsuit bottom with generous coverage is very not typical of Alix Earle, but it looked so perfect on her and many women in the comments were dying to know where they could buy one similar (it’s hard to find a cute boy short bikini bottom, isn’t it?!) The swimsuit that Alix Earle wore is not cheap, though, as it is $60 for each piece, bringing the grand total over $100 for the set. We decided to do a round-up from our own inventory of the top 3 modest swimsuit bottoms that are very similar to the style that Alix Earle wore in Italy – and the best part is that they come at a fraction of the cost, with a matching set falling well under $100.

  1. When we first saw those cute swimsuit bottoms on Alix Earle, we immediately thought how similar they were to these modest bikini bottoms in our seafoam green color and ribbed texture fabric. They even look like they have the same softness and thickness to the fabric. These swimsuit bottoms are nice and lightweight, which makes it perfect for being out in the sun all day. The muted color scheme is perfect for making a summer tan pop and we love that the ribbed texture adds some interest to the solid color. We also love that these are full-coverage swimsuit bottoms, thanks to the elastic that lets you stretch to your width. The modest swimsuit bottoms sit right above the belly button – they hit right in the same place that Alix Earle’s bottoms did – making you feel completely comfortable to dive into the ocean, play some sand volleyball, and walk up to the concession stand. These adorable modest swimsuit bottoms obviously pair perfectly with the matching bikini top (which is very similar to the style of bikini top that Alix Earle wore with her bikini bottoms!), but they also would look great with a white flowy sundress as a cover up, too.

  1. Next up, this perfect retro bikini also matches Alix Earle’s aesthetic that she was rocking on the coast of Italy this past summer. The cut of the swimsuit is almost a clone of the silhouette that Alix Earle was wearing. Again, the high-waisted bikini sits right around the belly button with full-coverage swimsuit bottoms in the back area and hips. We are obsessed with the color scheme in this modest swimsuit because it has soft blues, purples, and greens. The palette is divine and would totally photograph well on a European summer vacation in Greece. We love that the swimsuit bottoms are fully-lined and have compressive fabric to really snatch you. They are so soft and smooth to the touch, making you never want to take them off. These modest swimsuit bottoms come with a gorgeous matching bandeau top with spaghetti straps – perfect for finishing off the look. We would pair this retro bikini set with high-waisted, flare, silk pants and skip wearing a top (the bandeau bikini top is enough and would be adorable with the silk pants). We can just envision this outfit ready for a sunset photoshoot on the beach.

  1. Lastly, we just have to include our best-selling swimsuit in this lineup because not only does it have almost the exact same cut as Alix Earle’s boy short swimsuit, it has such an expensive-looking detail in the pattern on the fabric. The vibrant colors in the lemon print of this modest bikini has such intricacy. Some swimsuit prints just look cheap and tacky but we can’t relate over here because our customers beg to say otherwise. Of course, you have the modest swimsuit bottom sitting right at the belly button just as the other ones, and full-coverage swimsuit bottoms that keep your behind covered. We love that this has a retro flare to it, just like Alix Earle’s We Wore What swimsuit, because of the added hip coverage that it has. For an even sweeter look, it pairs with a darling matching bandeau top that has adjustable tie straps for bows on your shoulders. The cuteness factor is on overload and matches the same subtle sexiness that Alix Earle was serving in her swimsuit. We would pair this modest bikini with anything light blue, because we just love the way it complements the bright yellow in the lemons (think: chambray, lightweight jean dress, etc.). If you wear this outfit, there’s no doubt you will be ready to rock that tropical vacation wherever you go!

Bonus: Okay, okay, okay – we know we said that the lemon high-waisted swimsuit above was our last recommendation for achieving Alix Earle’s swimsuit look, but we would be doing you a disservice if we didn’t also include these white high-waisted swimsuit bottoms – the pure white color, the expensive-looking ribbed fabric, the silhouette that perfectly matches Alix Earle’s swimsuit – this swimsuit is also a must-see. Our customers love its matching flirty white tankini top because of its same ribbed texture and gold details on the adjustable straps. Check it out for yourself if you don’t believe us!

Okay, now that we got that off our chest, this truly does conclude our review of modest swimsuits that somehow still give “sexy” just like Alix Earle’s iconic boy short swimsuit that she wore. We hope this was helpful and that you are able to find one for yourself, so that you can be out there living your best life, too.
