I believe the current mental health system has a set of beliefs that are broken and f*cked up. I was in therapy for 20 years so I might have some experience on this topic.

The current system has a belief focused on “What’s wrong with me?” + “How do I need to be fixed?”

This model has you going back into your traumas and healing, and ONLY then will you be ok.

Now to be clear.

I DO believe that healing your nervous system from past trauma is critical in order to live an authentic magical life you’re totally in LOVE with.

And yes, we ALL have varying degrees of trauma.

What I don’t agree with is the belief that only when you’ve worked through the trauma will you be “enough” or ok or “healed”

Only then will you finally feel calm, peace, joy, and ease in your life.

Here is why I think this model is wrong.

As humans, we’re not broken.

There is NOTHING to fix.

We are all perfectly imperfect.

We’re all untangling or deciding not to untangle varying degrees of past trauma.

And we’re all doing our best.

Here’s what I believe.

And I believe this because what I teach, I have used on myself first.

I believe that there are tools you can use to come home to yourself to identify and live your most authentic fabulous, amaze balls life.

I use these tools daily. Some days it’s easier to love me than others.

These tools help:

Create a beautiful life you’re passionately in love with.

A career + life that feels easy and fun.

A career + life that’s authentic to YOU.

Not a life you’re living because your parents or society tricked you into believing you should go to this fancy school, get married, be wildly successful, or be skinny… to be in love with your career and life.

The truth is each of us has a responsibility to be of service to ourselves. To explore and honor our desires.

To BELIEVE that your desires are medicine for your soul.

Your desires are healing.

There’s no need to fix yourself.

You’re f*ing perfect.

I use evidence-based cognitive tools to help you and your teams live in this crazy human experience.

To help you break through your brain's BS and identify desires professionally and personally.

To learn how to get out of the overthinking brain and radically trust yourself.

To believe you can have work/life balance and build a big juicy life you LOVE.

Because when you DECIDE to learn about yourself and grow your skills personally + professionally…

Work and life starts feeling easy.

You notice that you’re chill AF.

Your life starts feeling kinda magical.

If you have a team that’s struggling with burnout + work/life balance, I got you.

I bet you want them to feel inspired and creative again, right? I got you.

I bet you want them to grow. And keep them, so they don’t leave for that OTHER company? I got you.
