There Is No Right Way To Heal Yourself

If you’ve been questioning some of the systems in place right now, you are not alone. In the modern age, finding the truth about how to heal ourselves from everything from trauma to physical or mental illness, can seem impossible — the good news is, finding YOUR truth isn’t and you are NOT alone on this journey.

Did you know, there isn’t one right way to heal yourself?

Trauma, Illness, physical pains, self-healing and all of the subcategories that lay within. Contrary to what marketing methods people use — there is no right way to heal or wrong way to heal yourself. Simply, what works for me, may not work for you — but what works for me, may work for other people. It’s time to share more about these things, ask more questions and open our minds!

The digital age has been evolving and growing exponentially in the last couple of years. I’ve found the people to be turning away from data mining, highlight reels & stuffy influencers and into truth seekers, community and global healing. I’m a big believer that the next steps for us as humans will include using technology as a tool to heal ourselves and connect us all for positive change.

It’s interesting to watch people “wake” up and question some of the more traditional methods we’ve been handed, this can be medications to seeing a therapist — and again these methods may work for you, but if they don’t — you are far from alone. Alternative healing methods are popping up everywhere and there are SO many to explore. This is where finding YOUR truth, and trusting your intuition is important.

While opening your mind and body to new ways of healing, this can start with your diet, exercise, self-care and can stretch all the way into past traumas, subconscious programming and new mental practices. Wherever you are on this journey, we encourage you to keep going — from business owners to all beings: now is the time to heal.

My journey was lonely and I now know it doesn’t have to be, join me in exploring the many methods. Some healing techniques can include:

  • Meditation

  • Yoga

  • Crystals

  • Astrology

  • Chinese Medicine

  • Ayurvedic Healing

  • Medium Work

  • Energy Work

  • Sound Healing

  • Subconscious healing

  • Soul Work

  • Therapy

  • Ancestral healing

  • Nature

  • Shadow Work

But the biggest of all is Community. It’s knowing you aren’t alone and having a support system beyond your doctor, family or practitioners. When we dive into trusting our intuition — it can be scary and we can end up questioning a lot about ourselves and our beliefs. No matter where you are on your journey — you are not alone. No matter what methods work or don’t work for you, we are connected and we are more powerful together.

If you feel like you are called to bring your health into your own hands, do research, reach out to the community and find your own truth within it all.
