Sorry to burst the bubblegum spirituality bubble, but none of us are truly “manifesting” a damn thing. “Manifestation” is a highly popular concept in modern-day spirituality, but one that misleads and causes more pain, desperation, and frustration than most consciously realize.

The concept of manifestation is essentially as follows: what you put your mind to, you create. Although there is some truth to this, it’s far from that simple or black and white.
The most harmful consequence of the manifestation myth is that the more we work to manifest and the less it materializes, the more it perpetuates our deep-seated wounds of inadequacy.
Where we truly “manifest” from, if we absolutely have to call it that to appease the spiritualized ego, is our vibrational state and, therefore, the frequency in which we’re existing in any given moment. This vibrational state is dictated by the state of consciousness we’re living from in any given moment.
Our reality is not dictated by what we envision with our eyes closed or intend most often, especially when doing so from a place of fear and lack, which is where most of us are coming from when we set our intentions and express our desires. Intending, wishing, or even praying from this state of fear and lack not only blocks us from receiving or “manifesting” those intentions and desires, it literally repels them, pushing those possible realities farther away from us than ever before.
To put it simply, you can want and intend all you want, but if, on the unconscious/subconscious level, programs are still running based on beliefs of lack of self-worth due to past traumas or societal conditioning, we won’t receive a damn thing.
More accurately, there is no way we could ever energetically align with those things, as this energetic yet seemingly physical experience we’re all having as “human beings” is a game of frequency and alignment based on that unconscious programming.
The ultimate reality is that we cannot receive anything more than what we fundamentally believe we deserve on a subconscious level. This is why it’s called “conscious living.” It’s all about bringing the unconscious to a conscious level. Until we make the unconscious conscious and shift/heal those unknown belief patterns and the subsequent behavioral patterns that ensue, behavior which is creating your reality through simple cause and effect, not only are we trapping ourselves in a disempowered loop of unwanted outcomes, we’re up Shit’s Creek without any paddles.
The way out of Shit Creek’s misdirected current is to un-become who we had to be in order to survive, “fit in,” or feel even an ounce of acceptance and love from those around us or the world in general, and align with our Soul’s true purpose and path.
When we unbecome who we never truly were, what’s left? Who we always were at our Source-created core. When we become who we truly are, we align with what’s truly for us.
The Soul you truly are beneath the meat suit you seem to be is an intricately, infinitely intelligent extension of Source Consciousness or what many of us refer to as “God.”
The Soul is your True Self. Who you think you are is merely who you were programmed to be in order to emotionally and physically survive the traumatic moments that True Self chose before coming here, trauma that would strategically take you away from that True Self only to inevitably come back to it.
In other words, that True Self knew this human experience is a game of forgetting in order to remember, and knew precisely what it was incarnating into human form to experience: being anything but that True Self for an extended period of time.
The ultimate goal of purposefully forgetting who and what we truly are? Ultimately remembering and coming into True Self-awareness and embodying that intangible True Self in tangible, physical form.
The ultimate goal of embodying the Soul while in human form? To experience the freedom of the Soul while in a human body and creating an ascending shift in vibration as a result, not only for our individual selves, but for collective humanity as a whole, as we are all the same damn thing in the illusion of separation.
True freedom is defined by one thing and one thing only: Authenticity. The highest frequency of all. One might say that Love is the highest vibration, and that is true. However, in order to be one’s Authentic Self, we must come to love ourselves first.
When we become who we’re here to be, we do what we’re here to do, and we get what we’re here to get. That's alignment. That's truly living. Anything less is a fabricated form of existing in this world, and will only cause us to continuously align with less than what we truly deserve and ultimately desire.
We must become and embody the vibrational match to the frequency of our ultimate reality. We do not have to do more or be more in order to access our Soul’s desires. Everything we came “here” to experience already exists. It’s about removing what’s in the way of us and that reality.
What’s in “the way” is who we’re not. What’s in “the way” of receiving what we’re actually worthy of are the deeply rooted beliefs that we’re not worthy of it.
The only thing truly in “the way” of having more than enough is the trauma-fueled, unconscious beliefs that we aren’t enough in the first place.
Change those beliefs, and everything changes. Remember that you deserve your highest good, and you’ll get your highest good. For the record, you are worthy of your highest good simply because you exist. Period.
