Self-care can look different for everyone, but to count as self-care, the behavior should promote health and happiness for you. The way you think and the things that you're filling your mind with greatly influence your psychological well-being. I’ve gone through a lot of hardships and struggled physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, in the end, led me to realize how self-care is important and why it is critical to everyone.

Having this thought, directed me to discover my purpose and to develop ‘Heal the Source’, a method that helps people fast-track their healing based on their need for change and development. It is through this one-of-a-kind approach that my intuitive leadership and integrity shine through. My visionary way of thinking and my intriguing ability to motivate and inspire is what guides me in serving others through Heal the Source to heal the world.

Heal the Source targets self-care and includes all the things you do to take care of your well-being in four

key dimensions – your emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual health.

In this crazy world where we are being influenced on how we can live our life according to the norms of

society, we forget that we should first care for ourselves and come up with our own decisions on what is

best for us without thinking about what others will say or without thinking of being rejected.

The Heal the Source book serves as a guide on how we can live an infinite life and it starts with

caring for ourselves and knowing what we truly love.
