Demand for GLP-1 treatments like semaglutide and tirzepatide was growing. But access was uneven. Many patients struggled to get prescriptions or afford brand-name options.

“If it’s appropriate, a prescription is issued,” they explain.


From there, a pharmacy handles fulfilment. The medication is shipped directly to the patient.

The process can include messaging, audio, or video consultations, depending on state rules.


“We wanted every step to feel easy to follow,” they say. “No confusion. No wasted time.”


This approach removes layers that often slow things down.


A career built on removing friction


At its core, RX Pros reflects a broader career mindset. Find friction. Solve it.


The team did not try to rebuild healthcare from the ground up. Instead, they improved how people move through it.


“We didn’t need to replace the system,” they explain. “We needed to make it work better.”


This thinking shows up in the business model. RX Pros operates as a cash-pay platform. There is no insurance layer involved.


“Insurance can add complexity,” they say. “We wanted something faster and more direct.”


Revenue comes from consultation fees and programme subscriptions. The focus stays on access and efficiency.

Telehealth is growing quickly, but it comes with challenges.


Regulations vary across states. Patient expectations are high. And healthcare still requires proper review and approval.


“People want speed, but care still needs to be done responsibly,” RX Pros explains.


Balancing those factors is part of the work. The company also needs to stay flexible as rules and demand shift.


“We are always adapting,” they say. “That’s part of operating in this space.”


What makes the RX Pros approach different


RX Pros centres its model on four key ideas. Convenience. Speed. Affordability. Accessibility.


“Everything comes back to those four things,” they say.


Convenience comes from a fully online process. Speed comes from faster approvals. Affordability comes from alternative options. Accessibility comes from removing barriers like insurance and referrals.


These ideas are simple. But applying them at scale required a different approach.


“We focused on what people actually need,” they explain. “Not what the system has always done.”


Looking ahead: Expanding access even further


The work is ongoing. RX Pros sees more room to improve how people access care.


“There’s still a lot of friction out there,” they say. “We’re just getting started.”


The goal is not to replace traditional healthcare. It is to make it easier to reach.


“Our role is to connect the pieces,” they explain. “If we do that well, people get what they need faster.”
