What sets your transformational teachings apart from other spiritual and self-discovery programs available today?

I spent decades on a personal journey searching for answers to those Big Life Questions Who am I? What is the meaning of life? What happens when we die? No philosophy, training or religion offered satisfying answers. Not only did I want answers that resonated deeply, I wanted my life to shift. Programs that gave a quick fix, temporary solutions, superficial teachings or espoused spiritual or religious cliches left me frustrated.

As fate would have it, a fellow seeker asked if I would “teach her what I know.” Although I doubted that I knew anything, I was shocked by my spontaneous response: “Sure, I’d love to; bring your friends!”

Students arrived, and I learned to trust the information and techniques I started receiving intuitively. This was the beginning of a four-decades-long practice that includes a proprietary, spiritually based transformational method, Perfect Life Awakening. Since the beginning, I have helped people locate and neutralize triggered trauma from this as well as previous lives.

I found that by helping clients release subconscious roadblocks, they became empowered to live awakened, deserving, purposeful, joy-filled lives. No other training or discipline taught this process; I humbly received this gift and continue to utilize it to this day.

Unlike other self-discovery programs, Perfect Life Awakening does not focus on just thinking positively, stating affirmations or visualizing goals they want to manifest. It’s not about learning ways to “fake it” better through life or memorize concepts that sound nice. I discourage any spiritual bypass techniques that suppress emotions or thoughts.

Rather, Perfect Life Awakening is a trailblazing method that shifts limiting beliefs from their origins. The work is about discovering sources of negative programming, neutralizing them and awakening dormant personal power. The teachings also provide pragmatic, applicable, mindful ways to live life from love rather than fear.

I turned my lifelong quest for answers into a mission to help others and the world.

What personal practices do you follow to maintain your own spiritual growth and self-discovery?

I “practice what I preach.” I continue to utilize my own inner process to resolve the roots of triggers the minute they occur. Since humans carry the impact and programming from dozens of previous lifetimes, the work is ongoing. By rapidly clearing myself from subconscious memories, I’m able to function from a place of wise choice rather than reactiveness, clarity rather than confusion, empowerment rather than hopelessness, and acceptance and love rather than fear.

Each time I venture deeper to resolve the source of a trigger, I’m able to assist others in their own journeys in an even more compassionate, focused manner. My own inner adventure continues to provide miraculous outcomes, shifts in awareness and fascinating information that I openly share in my teachings.

How do you stay motivated and inspired in your work?

I never cease to be inspired when a client “gets it!” It’s like a light turns on and they shift before my eyes. They are never the same. Sometimes, those ah-ha moments actually move me to tears, motivating me to continue sharing my work with whoever is ready and willing. It reminds me of what it felt like the first time I “woke up.” It’s always thrilling and mind-boggling.

It’s exciting to witness the inner transformations my clients have that manifest in big changes in their life. It’s one thing to have their perception of themselves completely change, quite another when the Universe around them reflects those changes as well.

I’m committed to never, ever giving up since I know the importance of this work. Seeing the unsettling, ongoing situations on this planet, there is nothing more important to me than helping people clear out triggers that cause anger, violence, and war. As the world slowly transforms into a place of higher consciousness, I’m committed and motivated to do my part to speed it along.

What are your thoughts on the current state of the spiritual and self-discovery industry?

As a trailblazing transformational facilitator and a spiritually-based teacher for over four decades. I’ve seen how the world has changed. Many have become more accepting of metaphysical information, alternative healing, and even several “woo-woo” notions. Students used to roll their eyes if I would dare mention anything about energy, reincarnation, or between lives. Now, at last, there is openness to understand all kinds of compelling topics.

However, I continue to see most self-discovery programs espousing the same old think positively, state affirmations, create a vision board, claiming that doing so will magically manifest one’s wildest dreams. As someone who repeatedly tried all those tactics with little or no success, it became my pursuit to understand why. With trial and error with myself as well as with my students, I learned that neutralizing the origins of subconscious programming allows life to shift and “deservingness” to occur organically.

The standard techniques taught in the self-discovery realm end up putting a positive layer over a negative belief. The negative always oozes out in some way, sabotaging those tactics. It may feel good for a moment, but digging up roots is what profoundly, permanently alters the foundation of life.

My hope is that the self-discovery/self-help “industry” adopts deeper work, especially since many people are craving it.

What message would you like to convey to someone who is just beginning their journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth?

In this society’s need for “instant everything,” it’s imperative to be patient and persistent, knowing you are embarking on a deep inner journey that takes as long as it takes.

Here’s an analogy I use to express this adventure: Imagine that you’re sitting on top of a massive pile of dirt. You’re handed a shovel, and you start digging. Enthusiastically, you plunge into the first layer and dig it up. Wow! But then you look down and see that you have now exposed the next layer.

Feeling energized by what you discovered in the first layer, you keep digging. Deeper and deeper you go, even though the dirt is more compressed and more difficult to get through. You begin to feel frustrated and hopeless since it seems the pile is endless. However, you assure yourself that you’ve come this far and are seeing results, so you choose to continue with an even bigger shovel and more commitment.

This goes on until you finally get to those roots, roots that have hundreds of years of buried growth. Exuberantly, you pull them up and life is never the same. This steady, thorough excavation shows that the work you are doing is working, with each layer allowing the next one to appear.

The work I share goes deep, taking you wherever you are ready to go. Your higher consciousness knows exactly what you need to get to and escorts you there, one shovel full at a time.

The journey is about deserving to keep digging and awakening to your true self. It unearths authentic empowerment, connecting with your higher consciousness, and awakening your unique purpose. I always tell my clients to trust this process. It is worth getting dirt on your hands.

Transforming your mindset from fear to love is the most important odyssey you will ever take. My determination and trust have blazed the trail. A big shovel is provided, but it’s up to you to stay the course.
