April ADionne Williams, “Your Dream Pusher,” C.E.O. of Regenerating Me Essentials, Crystal and Salt Lounge, is a high-energy transformation wellness and life purpose coach. She survived losing loved ones to illness and violence, single motherhood, all in her 20s. Worked 30+ Jobs, experienced eviction, homelessness, car repo, 56 relocations, before breaking her self-sabotage cycle. In one pivotal moment, she lived for nearly a year at a yoga‑meditation retreat, and that turned out to be her soul’s GPS. There she rediscovered her purpose & has cracked the code on mental and emotional healing and resilience, and has made it her mission to share that blueprint with the world through her healing retreats, courses, workshops, books, podcasts, and TV show.

I live what I teach. That’s what helps people trust me and lean into their own healing.

April ADionne Williams, Dream Pusher, Soulpreneur, Energy Alchemist

Introduce yourself! Please tell us about yourself and your life, so we can get to know you better.

I’m April ADionne Williams, known to many as “Your Dream Pusher”, and believe me, I’ve lived every ounce of that name. I’m a Transformational Life Purpose Coach, Soulpreneur, Energy Healing Alchemist, and the founder of Regenerating Me Essentials - Crystal & Salt Lounge. A wellness sanctuary nestled on nearly 3 private acres of sacred nature in Georgia. But before all that? I was just a Philly girl with big dreams, a lot of grit, and a story that refused to end in struggle.

Raised by a supportive single mom and faith-filled grandparents, my grandfather was a WWII veteran. I learned early that perseverance wasn’t optional. From designing custom clothing as a teen-young adult to launching my own indie record label in my 20s, I lived many lives before finding my true calling. I’ve survived 56 moves, eviction, job loss, even living in a shelter, and came out on the other side stronger, wiser, and filled with purpose.

I’ve raised not just my son (who’s now a thriving computer scientist building video games!) but also helped guide godchildren, foster youth, grandkids, and an exchange student, all while building businesses and healing others along the way.

Today, I specialize in helping people turn trauma into transformation through intuitive coaching, energy healing, retreats, and life-shifting conversations. Whether it’s through my podcast Chronicles of Livin’, my TV show 'ADionne Your Dream Pusher', or my workshops and books: Visionary Dreamer 90-Day Journal and Transform Your Life Workbook. I empower people to reinvent themselves and rise, even if they’ve hit rock bottom.

What inspired you to start your current business?

Pain. Purpose. And a divine whisper that said, “It’s time.”

After decades of wearing different hats: designer, artist, single mom, corporate professional, life-survivor, I reached a point where I knew I was being called to heal, not just hustle. But the true turning point came after I lived for nearly a year at a yoga and meditation retreat shortly after surviving a stay in a shelter. That sacred pause reset my entire soul. It was there I realized that everything I’d been through, every setback, every tear, every reinvention, wasn’t meant to break me, it was building me to serve.

And so, I founded Regenerating Me Essentials Crystal & Salt Lounge, a private healing sanctuary that offers halo salt therapy, meditation lounges, nature-based retreats, intuitive body scans, and energy alignment sessions. It’s a space for people to breathe, release, reflect, and rebuild.

But it’s more than a business, it’s my ministry. My soul’s assignment. My gift to those walking through storms who need someone who gets it.

What is your mission, and who do you want to help?

My mission is to help people transform pain into power and reinvent their lives unapologetically, no matter where they’re starting from. I’m here to be a reminder that your past does not define your purpose. That reinvention is always an option. And that healing isn’t a luxury, it’s your birthright.

I serve women (and men!) from all walks of life, entrepreneurs, empty nesters, divorcees, corporate warriors, creatives, veterans, healers, and especially those who feel like they’ve lost themselves in survival mode. I help them reconnect to their soul, release emotional blockages, and activate the life they were meant to live.

Whether you’re rebuilding after burnout, loss, betrayal, illness, or just feeling “stuck”, I’m here to walk with you, speak life into you, and help you craft your sweetest comeback.

What sets you apart from others in your industry?

Let’s keep it real: I’m not textbook trained, I’m life tested.

I’ve walked through hell with stilettos, sneakers, and sometimes no shoes at all. I don’t just coach, I connect. I don’t just talk healing, I live it. From living in a shelter to building a sacred retreat space with my bare hands (and the help of a few loyal friends/family members), I’ve proven that transformation is possible.

I merge spirituality, energy work, wellness science, and real-life grit. I’m a 'Soulpreneur'  a blend of business strategist, intuitive healer, and transformational speaker who meets people where they are and walks them toward where they’re meant to be.

And when I say I’m multi-passionate, I mean it. I’m also an author, fashion designer, Reiki-certified energy worker, intuitive card reader, podcast and TV host, life purpose coach, and proud Silver Sneakers instructor!

People don’t come to me for fluff, they come for freedom.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received, and why?

“Keep showing up, even when it doesn’t make sense.”

I remember this advice during one of the hardest seasons of my life. I had just been evicted, my son was on his first college winter break/ it was a few days before Christmas, I was raising my son alone, and nothing felt secure. But I showed up anyway, writing, praying, learning, trying. And eventually, it all came together in ways I never imagined.

That advice has carried me through 30+ jobs, 56 moves, countless losses, and every moment I wanted to give up. Because sometimes, showing up is the miracle. It’s the declaration that you believe there’s still something good on the way.

What do you want to be remembered for?

I want to be remembered as the woman who pushed others into their dreams, who didn’t let life harden her heart, who loved big, healed loudly, and inspired people to live boldly, not just exist.

I want people to say, “Because of April/ADionne, I didn’t quit. I believed again. I took that leap. I healed that wound.”

My legacy is rooted in transformation. In reminding people that no matter how broken you feel, there’s still something beautiful waiting to be born through you.

What’s next for you?

Whew, so much! I’m relaunching Chronicles of Livin’ Podcast and ADionne Your Dream Pusher TV Show, expanding my healing retreat offerings (Regenerating Me, Mommy & Me weekends, and corporate team detox day retreats!), and publishing my next book.

I’m also planning to certify others in my unique energy healing methods, and eventually license my 'Regenerating Me' framework globally to wellness leaders and centers who want to bring transformational healing into their communities.

This next season is all about scale, soul, and sacred impact. Let’s go!

If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?

I would shift the illusion that healing or transformation is “one-size-fits-all, ” or it’s impossible to be healed, or it’s only for people who already have their life together. Too many people feel like there is no hope; they need to be ready or qualified to heal. Nope. You just need to be willing.

The self-development and wellness world sometimes creates separation with too much polished perfection. But real transformation is raw, messy, sometimes loud, and it doesn’t always come in pretty packages or with a PhD. I want more space for authenticity over aesthetics. Let’s stop making people feel like healing has a dress code.

In your experience, what are some common misconceptions about your industry?

That energy healing, salt therapy, and intuitive work are either “woo-woo” or only spiritual fluff. People think it’s either too mystical or too expensive, or worse, that it’s just a trend.

Yet, what I do isn’t a trend. It’s ancestral. It’s ancient. It’s backed by real, energetic science and real-life transformation. I’m not just lighting sage and saying affirmations, I’m helping people face childhood trauma, clear toxic patterns, and activate their gifts. This work is deep.

How do you and your business address them?

I address it by keeping it real. I meet people where they are, whether they’re corporate execs or stay-at-home moms, veterans or visionaries. At Regenerating Me, we offer accessible healing through salt therapy, energy healing, intuitive readings, retreats, and Zyto body scans that allow people to explore wellness on their terms. I also educate through my podcast, books, and YouTube content to bridge the gap between spiritual and practical.

“The Best Part of Life is When You Decide To Live!” ADionne YDP

For readers inspired by this conversation and eager to start their journey, what first steps would you recommend?

First, pause and breathe. Give yourself credit for being aware enough to want more. That awareness is step one.

Second, get honest. Ask yourself: "What is no longer serving me?" "What is one thing I’m ready to release, and one thing I want to feel more of in my life? "

Third, and most importantly: 'forgive yourself.' For the past, for the choices, for the pain. Forgiveness is the foundation of reinvention. Let yourself begin again.

Take inspired action. Whether that means journaling tonight, booking a clarity call, attending a healing session, or just walking barefoot outside to reconnect with yourself, start small but start. You don’t need a full plan. You just need a step.

And I’d be honored to guide you. You can explore my retreats and coaching offers here, grab a copy of my journal and workbook, or schedule a session to begin your comeback story.

Because your best chapter is still unwritten, and I promise, it’s going to be a masterpiece.
