I have dreams and desires, but… My kids are amazing, but… My career is inspiring, but… My relationships are great, but… Sounds familiar?

How often do you have a feeling that your life is the one you always dreamt of but…something is missing or not enough?

If this resonates, know that you are not alone. So many high-achieving women are experiencing dissatisfaction, frustration around unfulfilled potential & confusion about their next steps. I have been there too. And I promise you: there is a way out.

I remember feeling miserable and unfulfilled although I had everything I wanted “on paper.” and I was ashamed to want more. My capacity to constantly reinvent myself and get out of my own way changed everything.

Now Reinvention was part of my life all along. From being a shy girl from Siberia to a professional tennis player to a step-mom to 4 children at the age of 25 to becoming a successful entrepreneur coach and facilitator with 3 more children — I managed to reinvent myself several times. Yet my last few Reinventions were different.

I could feel it on the inside. Instead of talking about transformation and “elevating concepts”, I was actually living them. I was able to fully integrate the wisdom I was reading about. I felt invincible and confident no matter what.

Today, I have gathered all the learning in my own Reinvention Formula, which is unique and has helped thousands of people worldwide. I pinch myself every morning when I wake up! I love my life and truly live my purpose. I feel aligned and grateful for being human. I do not run away from negative emotions.

And I’m here to help you to step into your power.

The way out is in. This is about uncovering who you are and reconnecting with your essence. If you are ready to follow your path and ditch the BUTs…here are the first 3 steps.

Step 1. Start from within

In order to change, to reinvent your life, the reality of what you are experiencing, you need to change your energetic vibration on the inside. First, you need to uncover and reveal yourself to yourself. Before upgrading your Mindset and what you believe is possible for you, you need to dive deep into your identity at the core. You need to understand your current self-image, you need to know where you are starting from to get to your desired future with intention.

So we start with you. We start within.

Question for self-reflection:

  • Where am I now?

  • What are the 3 decisions I am living today?

  • What is my Self-image?

Only after answering these questions, honestly and frankly, we can move to the next step.

Step 2. Relationships as mirrors

The second step to re-invention is becoming aware of yourself in your relationship with others and your environment. This is about you through the eyes of others — how other people see you will also help you reveal yourself to yourself. Our relationships with others can enhance or block possibilities. We must understand, how we relate to others in our being…

How do other people shape you and your life?

People you love, and people you don’t even know…

Re-invention insists on a deep seeing of how we try to control what others see and think.

Question for self-reflection:

  • Who are the closest 5 people surrounding me? Are they helping me to grow or reinforcing my limitations?

  • How do other people drive your decisions and your life?

Step 3. Your relationship with the world

Last but not the least, the third step to re-invention is understanding your relationship with the world. This part is about your contribution. This is when we ask ourselves the big questions:

  • What is the point of this thing we call life?

  • Why are we here?

  • What is the unique gift you bring into this world?

This is when we are turning ourselves to the world. Try to reflect on a dual system “you — world” and not rationalize your thoughts but feel them from within.

Question for self-reflection:

  • What is my purpose in life?

  • Which inner gift I have I can share with the world?

  • Which meaning I can create and share with others?

You can use this workbook to make your thinking process a bit easier and more inspiring. Be patient. It’s okay not to know all the answers at the first glance. Just give yourself some time and see how answers will be revealed — they all are already inside you.

Instead of p.s.

This holistic approach covers all necessary dimensions of self-discovery. Understanding who you are and your true relations with people around and the world is a great point for positive changes starting to knock on your door.

Hear me say this: We are in charge.

All true connection emerges from one place only: our connection to ourselvesAnd once you have awakened to this idea, you have to take full responsibility for your life and cannot stay in victim or self-blame mode.
