Podcasts are becoming more popular to listen to learn and grow. As more people realize how important it is to learn more about mental health by increasing their self-awareness, mental tools to deal with anxiety and stress and overcoming mental blocks to achieve success, happiness, and love; mental health podcasts are increasing popular to listen to. Also, listening to podcasts are convenient because you can listen to them anywhere from your phone or car. You can listen while walking, jogging, driving, cleaning dishes, working out at the gym etc. Listening to podcasts are apart of self-care since it is an excellent way to learn about how to get better in any topic you wish to learn more about.
