Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.
As a mother of four, I navigate both life and work guided by my core values and long-term goals. My experiences have shaped not only my personal journey but also my professional path, and I am deeply committed to sharing the lessons I've learned along the way. Through my story of resilience and career success, I aim to inspire others to persevere, regardless of the obstacles they face. My mission is to demonstrate that determination, faith and hope can always be found, even in the toughest of circumstances.
In addition to my personal advocacy, I have proudly aligned myself with the female empowerment movement, where I actively work to elevate women and girls in their pursuit of growth and achievement. I currently serve on the Board of Advisors for Linfield University’s Women in Leadership program, offering guidance and support to the next generation of leaders.
Additionally, I serve as the CEO – Visionary of the "No Girl Left Behind Empowerment Event Ltd.," a female empowerment organization. I create ways to expand initiatives that foster a strong sense of community, confidence, and opportunity for women across the U.S. and Canada, helping them realize their fullest potential.
What is the main goal of the No Girl Left Behind Event?
The No Girl Left Behind is more than just an event—it's a movement that is incredibly important right now, as women and girls face a wide range of unique challenges in today’s world. Our mission is to teach empowerment through action, offering real, tangible tools for personal growth and leadership. In a time when gender equality, self-worth, and mental well-being are at the forefront of conversations, this organization plays a critical role in equipping women and girls with the skills and confidence they need to rise above societal pressures and limitations.
Our vision is to create a larger, inclusive space where women and girls can come together, share experiences, and learn more about themselves in an environment of mutual support and motivation. Through our events, we aim to strengthen the female empowerment movement by fostering a community that embraces both individual growth and collective progress. We believe that by connecting women and girls from diverse backgrounds, we can create a ripple effect of change, helping them not only elevate their own lives but also empower others in their communities.
The No Girl Left Behind Event is distinguished by its comprehensive approach to empowerment. Covering critical areas such as mindset transformation, effective communication, healing practices, utilizing one's voice, breaking toxic cycles, and nurturing healthy relationships, our programming is designed to meet women and girls where they are in their journey. Participants enjoy a full day of engaging activities, with multiple sessions addressing the specific challenges faced at different life stages. This approach ensures that everyone, from young girls to women in various stages of adulthood, feels seen, heard, and supported.
In addition to the workshops and sessions, the event fosters a sense of community through shared experiences, including a collective buffet lunch and an epic dance party that celebrates the joy of being in an empowered, supportive space. This blend of education, interaction, and celebration ensures that each attendee leaves not only uplifted but equipped with practical skills to enhance their lives and strengthen the bonds within their community.
Ultimately, the goal of our event is to create a thriving network of empowered women and girls who uplift one another, leading to a stronger and more united female empowerment movement. We believe that when women and girls are given the tools, knowledge, and support they need, they can achieve anything—and together, we can build a future where no girl is left behind
What are your future plans for The No Girl Left Behind Event?
The success of the No Girl Left Behind Event is clear in its rapid growth and the profound impact it has had on participants. In 2024, the event was hosted in three cities, and the overwhelming positive feedback we received has fueled our vision to grow even further. By 2025, we plan to expand to several additional locations across the U.S. and Canada, bringing this transformative experience to more women and girls who are eager to be part of the empowerment movement.
Our goal over the next five years is to massively scale the event, with the intention of reaching even more communities and creating spaces where women and girls can come together to learn, grow, and support one another. This expansion is not just a reflection of the increasing demand for these experiences, but also a testament to the life-changing results we've seen in our participants. We believe that empowerment through action is a message that resonates with women and girls everywhere, and we are committed to making it accessible to as many as possible.
To support this growth, we are continuously researching potential new cities and regions, focusing on areas where female empowerment and leadership development are most needed. By strategically selecting locations based on feedback from past events and current data on gender-related issues, we aim to ensure that each event serves the specific needs of its community. This tailored approach will help us maintain the personal, high-impact experience that has defined No Girl Left Behind, even as we grow.
In addition to expanding the number of cities, we are also working to enhance the event itself by adding more diverse speakers, presenters, and activities that reflect the evolving challenges and opportunities faced by women and girls today. As we grow, our commitment to providing a comprehensive, empowering experience remains at the heart of everything we do.

How do you keep your events relevant to the needs of the girls you serve?

Each year, we listen carefully to what attendees share about their experiences, which consistently highlights how effective our approach is in empowering women and girls. Now more than ever, girls and women require support, guidance, and spaces where they can not only thrive but also be reminded of their limitless potential. This event provides a vital portal into a larger female community—one that offers motivation, skill-building, and connections that can change the course of lives.
Our organization is more than just an event; it’s a movement that helps girls and women understand that they are deserving of extraordinary success, regardless of their circumstances. Through carefully designed workshops, inspiring sessions, and a strong sense of community, we ensure that participants leave with a renewed sense of confidence and the practical skills needed to pursue their dreams. What motivates me the most is witnessing this transformation firsthand—seeing women and girls walk away feeling more capable, more connected, and more powerful than ever before.
