Increasing Consciousness, the leadership development organization founded by Aang Lakey, today announced an exclusive opportunity for forward-thinking corporations and government agencies to pilot its Executive Team Mastermind, a year-long, high-impact engagement grounded in the proprietary Leadership Consciousness Frameworks. Organizations ready to invest in transformative, values-driven leadership are encouraged to apply before the April 14, 2026, deadline.

Today’s executive teams are navigating unprecedented complexity with rapid organizational change, shifting cultures, and mounting pressure to lead with clarity and integrity. This Executive Team Mastermind opportunity is designed for leadership teams who are already committed to conscious leadership and want a structured, practical way to practically apply conscious concepts in their decisions, their teams, and their culture.

“The organizations leading tomorrow are the ones willing to do the inner work today. This pilot is an invitation for executive teams ready to stop managing symptoms and start transforming their leadership culture from the inside out.” – Aang Lakey, Founder, Increasing Consciousness

The leadership consciousness frameworks

At the heart of the Executive Team Mastermind are five integrated frameworks grounded in three Essential Domains of Leadership Consciousness, which are Personal Mastery, Social Mastery, and Systemic Mastery. Together, they form a holistic approach that weaves personal insight, social responsibility, and systems awareness into everyday leadership practice. Each framework can stand on its own or work in an interdisciplinary capacity to support a team’s evolution.

A unique pilot opportunity: Apply by April 14, 2026

Given the intentionally small number of organizations Increasing Consciousness works with each year, each partnership receives focused, sustained attention throughout the full engagement. Pilot participants will work directly with Aang Lakey and play an active role in shaping the framework’s evolution and positioning their organizations at the forefront of conscious, equity-centered leadership. To preserve the integrity and depth of the experience, this pilot cohort is limited to three to five organizations.
