I Am Ready Magazine is a curated publication dedicated to human transformation, authentic storytelling, and personal development. Founded by Indre Ratkele, the magazine launches as a quarterly publication available in digital, PDF, and print formats, with its inaugural issue now accessible online, offering a structured platform for in-depth human narratives focused on growth, resilience, and self-awareness.

A woman in an orange blazer sits on a brown leather couch with a blue pen. She smiles in a wood-paneled room with a warm ambiance.

The magazine is the result of extensive work within personal development, transformational practices, coaching, and direct human engagement. Founder and Editor-in-Chief Indre Ratkele has consistently centred her work on understanding how individuals evolve, overcome limitations, and develop greater self-awareness and personal potential.

The vision behind the magazine is to create a publishing space that moves beyond surface-level storytelling. It is designed to offer individuals recognition, depth, and validation, while also reflecting back strengths and qualities they may not fully acknowledge within themselves. At its core, the publication aims to ensure people feel seen, heard, and meaningfully understood.

I Am Ready Magazine focuses on real people navigating real transformation. It highlights individuals who have often operated outside visibility those who have worked in silence, experienced challenge or judgment, or moved through periods of being unseen or unheard yet continued to evolve and develop despite these circumstances.

The magazine is curated by Indre Ratkele in collaboration with Managing Editor Reah Hagues, a writer, author, podcaster, and editorial specialist with extensive experience in storytelling and magazine development. Reah contributes to the structuring, refinement, and writing of selected interviews, ensuring narrative clarity and editorial quality across each edition. Together, their collaboration brings together visionary direction and professional editorial expertise.

Indre’s editorial approach is immersive and deeply human. Whenever possible, she meets contributors face-to-face, travelling to engage directly with individuals in their environments. She also participates in workshops, seminars, and coaching spaces where contributors are actively developing their work. This allows for a deeper understanding of each individual beyond written responses alone.

Her methodology is grounded in presence, observation, and relational understanding. It extends beyond structured interviewing and focuses on perceiving deeper layers of human experience recognising values, strengths, and lived truth that may not always be explicitly expressed.

The magazine is published as a quarterly publication in digital, PDF, and print formats, offering an immersive reading experience that integrates themes of personal development, mindset, transformation, and expanded awareness of human experience.

Ultimately, I Am Ready Magazine exists to contribute to a wider cultural shift towards authenticity, depth, and human-centred storytelling in modern media.

“I Am Ready Magazine was created to move beyond surface-level storytelling and offer a space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported in sharing their transformation journeys,” said Indre Ratkele, Founder and Editor-in-Chief.
