Holistic Approach to Lasting Transformation and Healing – An Interview with Arabella Arkwright

My personal journey has included numerous operations from a very young age, including brain surgery. Each time, I learned to rebuild my body and make it stronger. Through these experiences, something else strengthened too, my sensitivity to energy. Over time, I realized that when I stand in front of someone, I can sense their energy and often feel it physically within my own body. At first, I didn’t understand it, but when I gently shared what I was sensing, people confirmed it. I realised I wasn’t imagining it, I was feeling their energy.

Arabella Arkwright, The Alchemist’s Clinic

Who is Arabella Arkwright?

I don’t chase symptoms, I work to change the state of the body.

I’m Arabella Arkwright, founder of The Alchemist’s Clinic, and I help clients restore balance across their physical, emotional and neurological systems. My work goes beyond surface-level relief, guiding people toward deeper, lasting transformation.

I use a blend of modalities, including energy healing, breathwork, chakra balancing, neural tapping and my signature “Hot Hands” technique to support the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

I believe the mind and body are deeply connected. Breathing, posture, movement, and emotional patterns all influence how we feel, which is why I take a holistic approach to uncovering the root cause of pain or imbalance.

Every session I offer is tailored to the individual. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I give my clients the tools and awareness they need to support their own healing long after they leave the clinic.

What unique approach do you use to help clients achieve lasting transformation in their health and well-being?

I begin working with a client before we have even met. I ask two very specific questions before we meet so I can begin to understand their concerns, what they are experiencing and what may be underlying their current state. This allows me to shape a bespoke healing approach ahead of our face-to-face or Zoom session.

My work begins with listening. Not only to what is spoken, but to what is felt. I listen to breath patterns, pauses, tension in the jaw, subtle shifts in posture and the energetic density around areas such as the heart or throat. I listen to what is said and what is not said, because the body always tells the truth.

Through years of refined intuitive sensitivity, I have developed the ability to perceive where energy is held and where emotional imprints have settled within the body. I sense these patterns somatically, through direct felt experience as I literally connect to the body, rather than through analysis alone. This allows me to uncover the root cause of physical discomfort, not just its surface expression.

I do not approach healing as something I “do” to someone. Rather, I create the conditions in which healing can unfold. When presence is steady, grounded, and attuned, the body begins to reorganise itself without force.

I work with the understanding that the mind and body are not separate, but part of one interconnected system. By addressing the body’s energy, emotional landscape, and physical state together, I support clients in creating meaningful, lasting change in their health and overall well-being.

What makes your holistic treatments effective, and how do you tailor them to individual needs?

I do not see the body and mind as separate entities, but as one continuous intricate system. Where there is pain, there is often a story. Where there is tension, there is often something waiting to be released.

My healing approach integrates the subtle energetic field or what many traditions refer to as life force, prana or simply energy. Within this work, I draw on breath and heart coherence, chakra alignment, energetic clearing, emotional imprint release, nervous system regulation and thought frequency awareness.

I understand that symptoms are rarely isolated events. They are often expressions of layered experiences, grief that was swallowed, anger that was suppressed and fear that became chronic tension. The body always remembers.

Energy healing, as I practice it, is not dramatic or theatrical. It is precise. It is deeply attuned. It follows the body’s readiness.

I do not ask, “What should we fix?” I ask, “What is ready to move?” That distinction changes everything.

By working with the body’s energy, emotional landscape, and physical expression simultaneously, I guide clients back into alignment with themselves. It is from this place that lasting transformation unfolds gently, yet profoundly.

What sets your clinic apart in terms of the methods and tools you use to promote healing and balance?

There is something about the space itself that begins the work before I ever lay hands on a client.

The clinic has been created with great care to feel almost womb-like, a place of quiet retreat, where the outside world softens and the body instinctively begins to exhale. It is a cocoon of warmth and subtle reassurance, designed to hold each person gently as they arrive.

Every detail has been chosen with intention. The scent that greets you at the door, the soft layering of textures, the words that rest quietly on the walls each one collected over time placed to soothe, uplift and remind. Together, they create a space where the nervous system feels safe enough to let go, often without effort.

But beyond the physical space, it is the depth of connection that defines the work.

I have a natural ability to attune to the body and its energetic language. To sense where imbalance has taken root, whether a client is lying in front of me or meeting me across distance. What is revealed is rarely just physical, it is a conversation between the body, the emotions, and the unseen patterns we carry.

By working across these layers simultaneously, physical, emotional, and energetic, I support the body in gently unwinding what has been held. This is not about forcing change but about allowing it. Releasing what no longer serves, restoring balance where it has been lost, and creating the conditions for the body’s own innate healing intelligence to awaken.

It is, in essence, a quiet alchemy, where space, presence and deep listening come together to guide each person back to themselves.

What advice would you give to someone considering your services but unsure how it could help them?

It is very natural to feel uncertain.

Many of the clients who find their way to me arrive with a quiet scepticism, often after having explored more traditional routes, from medicine to surgery, without finding the relief they were seeking. They are not closed, but simply tired… and wondering if anything else could truly make a difference.

What I offer is not invasive, nor does it ask anything of you beyond a willingness to be open.

You do not need to fully understand how it works. You do not need to believe in it completely. You simply need to allow yourself the space to experience something different.

Through simple yet powerful practices, such as breathwork and gentle shifts in mental focus, we begin to create new pathways within the body and mind. Over time, these pathways become the new way of being. Calmer, steadier and more resilient.

The body is remarkably responsive to consistency. In as little as thirty days, a new rhythm can begin to take hold, one that supports a lighter, clearer, more balanced way of living.

So, if you are unsure, I would simply say this, you do not have to commit to the outcome, only to the experience.

Sometimes, the smallest opening is all that is needed for something profound to begin.
