What pivotal moment in your life led you to the path you're on today?

For a long time, I struggled to understand myself. I sought answers, trying to find meaning to live a full and authentic life, yet something felt missing. It wasn't until I took the time to truly understand my own story and piece together the fragments of my past that I gained clarity. The discomfort I felt couldn't be resolved with superficial solutions. It became clear to me that deep-rooted issues needed to be addressed, and this realization set me on the path of helping others break free from their own pain.

My work with 50,000 employees in organizational wellness opened my eyes to how often individuals try to "patch up" their struggles with quick fixes. But stress, anxiety, and burnout are signs of deeper wounds that demand serious, lasting work. I felt a call to evolve, to find an approach that goes beyond temporary solutions, one that could truly address the core of the challenges people face.

What drives you every day to continue this work? What motivates you in your coaching practice?

What motivates me is the belief that healing is possible, and that lasting peace can be achieved through conscious choice. My work allows people to reconnect with their true selves, break free from limiting beliefs, and live a life aligned with their values. Helping individuals create authentic relationships with themselves and others is what keeps me going. Seeing clients transform their lives through our work together, building healthier relationships, and overcoming past trauma is deeply fulfilling.

What has been your greatest professional achievement so far?

My greatest achievement has been the impact I’ve had on people's lives through my integrated coaching approach. Whether it's helping clients recognize and break toxic patterns or supporting parents in raising emotionally resilient children, the transformations I witness are the most rewarding. Working with large corporations on employee well-being and seeing tangible results in stress reduction and improved productivity has also been a significant milestone in my career.

What sets your approach apart from other professionals in the industry?

I integrate multiple disciplines—work psychology, systemic-relational therapy, and coaching—into a holistic approach that targets both the individual’s inner world and their external relationships. This integration allows me to offer not just immediate relief but long-term transformation. I also use guided meditations and personality tests to give my clients tools to explore and understand themselves better. The goal is to address not just symptoms but the root causes of their struggles, helping them live in alignment with their true selves.

Can you share a success story from your work with clients?

I worked with a mother who had struggled with her relationship with her child due to her unresolved childhood traumas. Through our sessions, she came to understand her attachment style and how it was affecting her relationship with her daughter. Over time, we worked together to heal these wounds, implement healthy communication patterns, and build a stronger, more nurturing bond. The result? A more confident and calm mother who is now able to provide a stable, emotionally secure environment for her child.

What is the biggest mistake parents make when raising their children?

The most common mistake is unconsciously passing down unresolved trauma. Many parents believe they can protect their children by doing their best, but without awareness of their own attachment patterns and emotional wounds, they inadvertently pass on these unhealed experiences. I guide parents in understanding how these unconscious behaviors affect their children’s emotional development and show them how to break the cycle, offering their children the gift of emotional health.

What is one thing you would change about the coaching or therapy industry?

One thing I’d change is the tendency to treat symptoms with quick fixes. The industry has a lot of coaches and therapists who offer “band-aid solutions” for deeper issues. While this can provide temporary relief, true healing requires a more profound, holistic approach. I believe in the importance of long-term, sustainable change and a deep understanding of a person’s background, emotional history, and how these elements shape their present life.

How does your integrated approach help clients navigate their daily challenges?

By addressing both the emotional and cognitive aspects of a client’s struggles, I help them develop a deeper understanding of their behavior and emotional responses. This helps them gain control over their reactions and make more mindful decisions. My clients learn to break free from patterns that have kept them stuck in unfulfilling relationships or careers. Through tools like guided meditations, personality tests, and coaching, they gain insight into their needs, desires, and how to create a life that truly reflects who they are.

For those inspired by this interview and eager to begin their personal growth journey, what first steps would you recommend?

The first step is to understand your attachment style and how it affects your relationships. I offer a free attachment style test on my website that can help you identify your style and the unconscious patterns it may create in your relationships. After taking the test, you can book a coaching session to dive deeper into how you can transform your relationship dynamics and work toward emotional healing.

Conclusion

If you're ready to break free from the past and create a future filled with healthy relationships and emotional balance, I invite you to take the first step today. Start by exploring your attachment style with my free test and begin the journey to a more fulfilled and authentic life.
