I am please to write my first article as an executive contributor to Brainz Magazine, sharing my profound experiences working globally and overcoming extreme challenges, including being an international hostage for five years and a captivating journey through a 35-year career in the Venezuelan and US oil and gas industry, and working with several multicultural partnerships and JV's.

Miraculously freed after a prisoner swap, I discovered the extraordinary resilience within myself, guided by a mysterious path and the hand of our mighty lord.

Today, drawing on the lessons learned, I have transitioned into a leadership and resilience coach, committed to helping others navigate their adversities in both business and life. With a wealth of experience in building teams, creating challenging workplaces, and initiating businesses from scratch, I guide business leaders and CEOs to tap into their unbreakable spirit.

Surviving the unimaginable has empowered me to serve others, sharing tools to unlock the inner force within every individual. My mission is to train minds, enhance leadership skills, and transform ordinary individuals into extraordinary leaders and better human beings.

The fusion of survivor resilience from a hostage ordeal and a lengthy career in leadership forms a powerful toolkit, uniquely positioned to guide others on the path to becoming exceptional leaders.

The synergy of these experiences offers invaluable insights into the human psyche, crisis management, and the dynamics of leadership.

4. Adaptability and flexibility

The journey from hostage to leadership underscores the importance of adaptability.
