London, UK October 27, 2025 Meditate Into Prosperity, founded by meditation teacher, personal growth coach, and former Oxford research scientist Jingying Xu (PhD, DipBSoM), proudly announces the launch of its flagship program: A Meditation Album for Inner Freedom, a 15-day video-based experience designed to help high achievers align their mind, emotions, and energy with their vision, purpose, and daily performance, all in just five minutes a day.

Meditation album promo with nature scenes and relaxation themes. Features 15-day course for £17, guided by Jingying Xu, PhD. Offer until 31/10/2025.

Built on 18 years of personal practice and academic research, the album offers a carefully curated sequence of 15 immersive video meditations, each 5 minutes long. Combining scientific insight, sound artistry, and visual serenity, the album delivers not only effectiveness but also a sensorial experience that helps professionals pause, reset, and realign with clarity and intention.

Each track offers a distinct practice, including breath awareness, grounding, mantra, five senses, visualisation, and gratitude, allowing participants to explore diverse approaches and discover what resonates most. The experience is supported by a Bonus Practice Companion featuring neuroscience-based guidance, daily focus words, gentle self-reflection prompts, and a playful “bubble tea star tracker” hand-drawn by Jingying’s 8-year-old daughter.

“I created this album for high performers who value focus, self-mastery, and mental clarity,” said Jingying Xu, PhD, founder of Meditate Into Prosperity and certified Level 3 meditation teacher. “If you have time to listen to a song, you have time to return to your centre. Meditation isn’t a retreat from success, it’s how we strengthen the foundation we build it on.”

The creation of this album is deeply rooted in Jingying’s lived experience. In recent years, she has simultaneously raised two young children, navigated a divorce involving eight court hearings across 20 months, transitioned from her research position at the University of Oxford, and built her own healing-focused business. Through it all, her consistent daily meditation practice, short, intentional, and deeply grounding, allowed her to stay aligned with her goals, focused on her vision, and anchored in clarity and courage. This is not just a course she teaches, it’s the same practice that sustained her most pivotal transformations.

What people are already saying about the album:

“I’ve only just started the course, and already it’s made a real difference. Life gets so noisy sometimes, and these meditations create a warm, welcoming space that helps me slow down, breathe, and reconnect with myself. I really like that the sessions are just 5 minutes long. With the lovely videos and calming music, they’re easy to fit into my day and have quickly become a highlight!” Carla Fontan, Teacher, United Kingdom

The Meditation Album for Inner Freedom is available globally at a special launch price of £17 (regular £87) until October 31, 2025. It includes a certificate of completion from a certified Level 3 teacher of the British School of Meditation.
