In order to facilitate this process, the physical body needs to reinforce pathways that self-regulation has created through learned feedback techniques. Healthy habits liberate the attention of the person through practice. When a stable state of self-regulation is created, without losing standards of efficiency in daily tasks, life flows easily. This is the inner work of achieving personal success by collecting and storing energies for maintaining efficient, stable results.


In our personal evolution, our first exercise is to “be AWARE.” This takes self-discipline for a least 3-7 minutes every single day for a minimum of 3 months and usually requires 6-9 months before it becomes automatic and not an “effort” initiated by our intelligent mind. Once we are ‘aware’ of our personal, environmental and circumstantial energetic fields we start the real inner work of transforming these energies into what we call our elixir/essence state. This kind of inner work is a transformation/transmutation of a very highly-refined quality of energy that, as ‘gasoline,’ allows our Highest Being to select the pathway to all possible dimensions and beyond. This work of refinement is accelerated and best done on auspicious days. Auspicious days are universal cycles relating to natural events of electromagnetism and gravity. Propitious days are related more to some perceptions of the flow of energies and can be different in the southern or northern hemispheres. By selecting to do transformative work on these days, we speed up and facilitate our inner wisdom work.


Intellectual information is never enough for fast results in the inner work of evolution. For high manifestation with unlimited and clean inner power, intense practices that typically take many years to develop (see research on meditating monks) can help you achieve similar success in a short time (3-9 months) by employing the right timing and scientific measurements together. Working this way allows the automatic pilot of the human mind to redirect and re-engage the physiological pathways to a more efficient, healthy, and joyful quality of function.


How: Integrative Practices and Scientific Feedback ignite the Art of Self-Discovery


Integrative practices help to develop self-discipline, an important aspect of Self-Leadership.


Spending 3-7 minutes a day in focused awareness, building peace and calm in the nervous system, and attuning to somatic intelligence gives students the best outcomes. Using integrative practices such as sense development (focussing awareness on smell, taste, touch, sight, hearing), as well as the development of physical attunement within our own bodies using tensegrity and movements of dynamic transformation, creates synergy within the body-mind-energy system allowing new neural patterns of engagement and detachment to form. Integration also occurs between cognition, emotional expression, physical function (digestion, ability to rest and recover from stress, etc.) and the energy systems that help us rest, meditate, contemplate, and engage in higher thinking and planning.


The exercises presented in this system are not simple repetitions. They are psycho-physical exercises that engage the mind with an awareness of the purpose to grow and evolve. The exercises must be done with a deep commitment and understanding that we are building “bridges” by using a quality of energy that is out of the spectrum of common sensory perception, but that can be incorporated within us by way of synesthetic perception. With time and practice, as the wisdom in all these concepts is integrated the exercises become an “act of art.” This is art as self-discovery and the expression of the highest potentials - becoming happier with applied focus and concentration.


Contemporary use of ancient wisdom metaphors facilitates a fast path to internal change. Some analogies often found in historic wisdom guide the person to a new awareness by bridging neuronal-physiological connections that lead to goal fulfillment. Metaphors, symbols and storylines are ways to engage both brain hemispheres in an integrated inner work of self-regulation. Language infused with vivid synesthetic imagery enhances practices by strengthening the neuronal chemical links to the memory of these new self-pathways. We can influence neurochemistry through facial movements (a simple smile), the rhythm of special exercises, thoughts correlating with action, and the quality of breath and heart rate that we use during our practice. We can become owners of our neuronal-chemical flow instead of slaves to it. However, the most important component in this inner work to bring your goals to success, is inside of you. With consistent behavior sustained for the suggested frames of time with all the practices that the psychophysiology needs to develop self-regulated states, you will become an evolved self-Master.


Where: Immune System, Physical Body, Energy, Fields


This is where things get really interesting: We are matter, energy. Life is an unfolding process of many continuous beginnings in natural cycles.


Maintaining higher level functioning in daily life requires a healthy balance of a number of psycho-energetic-physiological parameters. High-level personal demands, dysfunctional situations, the fatigue of the world, and stress are daily challenges. Information alone does NOT have the power to engage, modify, and sustain an individual’s network of body-mind-energies, without self-regulation. Self-regulation occurs when changes in our personal physiology enter our awareness and are used to voluntarily monitor and modify our emotional and energetic states. Self-regulation is the most powerful tool for quickly learning a healthy, efficient and positive psycho-energetic physiology.


It is not from outside that we transform ourselves, self-leadership begins inside. This is the key to inner power: simultaneous multiple, interconnected functions. Physiology flows seamlessly when it is healthy. It takes discipline and awareness to become masterful of physiology as is demonstrated by olympians and somatic artists. There are many layers of psycho-immune responses, and this living system, our physical body, sustains continual processes in all of its material parts and systems (the organs, tissues, cells, DNA, immune response, etc.). Electro-magnetic fields in the brain, cerebellum, heart and skin interrelate and interact. Energetic and metabolic inter-communications are at microscopic levels in all the tissues and realms.


Atomic and quantum space-time fields are realities. Consider the nervous system and its electrochemistry: brain, brainstem, neuronal axon, subtle energies, glias, astrocytes, meridians, and photons, electro-magnetic field, cerebellum, heart and skin. Each frequency and electrode location of bio/neurofeedback placement in he HIKE system has a unique influence, and modifying them selectively achieves specific results such as discernment/detachment, and action/stillness. Thermal feedback modulates the fight-flight-freeze response (occurring in stress) that is hardwired into our physiology. Finger thermal-sensors also monitor the energetic status of specific meridians and with electro-dermal response helps reduce stress repression and creates new behavioral attitudes. Heart rate variability is a self-modulator of emotional habits. We propose duplicating or enhancing the amplitude of the brainwaves in phi ratio from the baseline at specific frequencies/locations because statistical data-evaluation by behavioral pre/post tests suggest a shift in the chemistry/electricity of neurotransmitters and neuromodulators in the immune and nervous systems when students are engaged in practices of power simultaneously with bio/neurofeedback training. Ancient practices alone will bring about goals but adding feedback accelerates the learning process. This system comprehensively addresses the whole person, body-mind-energies and provides a map, a personal algorithm for self-development, self-leadership and self-mastery, leading to stable states of presence at will.
