Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.

I am incredibly passionate about all things Natural Health and Lifestyle medicine. As a Londoner I take full advantage of the incredible food scene, however my love of nature & meditation means I am often escaping to greener pastures to enjoy a quieter pace of life, hiking & cold swimming. My passion is natural health and how we can support healing; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

What inspired you to create The Health Space, and what is the main mission or goal behind your platform?

The Health Space was born out of my passion for helping people feel great through healthy nutrition and positive lifestyle behaviours. The mission is simple, support as many women as possible in feeling their best through a change in their diet and lifestyle. The goal is to help individuals find something that can work for them long term, so really the opposite of a FAD diet.

Could you describe the range of services or products offered on The Health Space and how they contribute to promoting health and wellness?

My 12 Week Nutrition Programmes are focused around Hormone balancing; PCOS, menopause, PMS, Weight Loss and Gut health. I work one to one with clients to tailor a Nutrition Plan around their specific needs and goals. Generally we want at least three months to see profound transformation and integrated and fully established new healthy habits.

In what ways do you engage with your community of users? Are there any particular features or initiatives to foster interaction and support among members?

We have a community WhatsApp group for all clients, past and present. This allows the community to share inspiration, motivation and menu ideas. This is great for interactive engagement and maintaining motivation to make sure clients are establishing long term habits that fosters sustainable results.

Looking ahead, what are your plans for the future growth and development of The Health Space? Are there any upcoming features or expansions that users can look forward to?

I am looking forward to launching an online shop that allows clients to purchase health products; foods & supplements that get The Health Space stamp of approval.

Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.

So far, the greatest achievement is when a client called me to say they have just come home from the Doctor and they are no longer considered Type 2 diabetic. There is no greater pleasure in my work than witnessing an individual taking control of their health in such a profound way.
