What is energetic hygiene?

Just like we bathe and wash our hands to prevent physical illness, energetic hygiene is the practice of keeping ourselves and our surroundings energetically clean to prevent dis-ease. Our energy, mood, and ways of being impact every aspect of our lives, from our relationships to our business success. By paying attention to our energetic hygiene, we can elevate our energy, maintain positive emotions, and create the life we desire.

Physical hygiene vs. Energetic hygiene

Before we delve deeper into the significance of energetic hygiene, let's draw a parallel between physical and energetic hygiene. We all know the importance of brushing our teeth, bathing, and handwashing to maintain physical cleanliness. But what about energetic cleanliness? Just as we take physical measures to avoid contamination, we must also adopt practices to prevent negative energy from affecting us.

Energetic hygiene involves consciously regulating our energy and emotions, showing up in a positive way for important relationships, and taking responsibility for how we impact others. It is about creating a practice of elevating our energy and maintaining a higher vibration, even when faced with challenges.

Understanding the impact of energetic hygiene

Have you ever been in a situation where someone with high energy walks into a room, and suddenly, everyone feels motivated and inspired? That's the power of positive energy. On the contrary, when we surround ourselves with negativity or engage in low-vibe conversations, we start to feel drained and pulled down, just like sinking in a swamp.

When our energy is low, our beliefs weaken, motivation wanes, and creativity diminishes. It becomes challenging to envision a better future and take the necessary actions to achieve our goals. This is where energetic hygiene comes in. By practicing energetic hygiene, we can raise our energy, strengthen our belief systems, and prevent ourselves from getting stuck in the negativity and limitations of the swamp.

Practical steps to enhance your energetic hygiene

Now that we understand the importance of energetic hygiene, let's explore practical steps to elevate our energy and maintain a higher vibration:

1. Check-in with your attitude and mood

Take a moment each day to assess your attitude and mood on a scale of one to ten. Are you feeling excited, motivated, and aligned with your goals (a high number)? Or do you find yourself feeling apathetic, frustrated, or low on energy (a low number)? Recognizing your current state is the first step to making positive changes.

2. Set inspiring goals and visualize success

Consider your aspirations and dreams. What do you want to achieve in the next six months or a year? Sometimes, it's hard to imagine a better future when we haven't experienced it before.

Challenge yourself to think beyond what you know and visualize what is possible. Dream big and expand your vision.

3. Move your body

Physical movement is an essential aspect of energetic hygiene. Engaging in activities like cardio exercise can boost your energy and uplift your mood. Find a form of physical activity that resonates with you, whether it's running, cycling, dancing, or swimming. Set aside at least 10 to 15 minutes each day to move your body and feel the energetic shift.

4. Create an action plan

Once you have elevated your energy, it's crucial to channel that positive momentum into meaningful action. Create a daily action plan that aligns with your goals and moves you closer to achieving them. This plan may include reaching out to potential clients, creating content, or making progress in your business. Consistent action fuels your energetic hygiene and keeps you on the path to success.

Energetic hygiene is a powerful concept that reminds us of the importance of maintaining our energetic well-being. By practicing energetic hygiene, we can elevate our energy, strengthen our belief systems, and manifest the life we desire. Remember to check in with your attitude and mood, set inspiring goals, move your body, and take consistent action. These practices will enable you to create a positive and thriving environment that supports your personal and

professional growth. Embrace the power of energetic hygiene, and watch as your life transforms.
