Slaty Fork, WV – November 12, 2025 – Write to Stay™, founded by mental wellbeing expert Dr. DeShaun Williams, has officially launched a comprehensive collection of products and certification programs designed to bring mental health awareness, emotional resilience, and reflective healing into everyday life and work.

Dr. Williams created Write to Stay™ after confronting his own battle with chronic depression and surviving a suicide attempt. Following years in high-pressure environments that rewarded productivity but ignored mental exhaustion, he recognized that most people know how to endure but not how to sustain. His journey toward recovery became the foundation for a new model of mental well-being that combines personal reflection with practical tools for emotional regulation and self-awareness.

“People are taught how to push through,” says Dr. Williams, “but very few are taught how to pause. Reflection is not indulgence; it is maintenance. Healing is what allows us to stay present, balanced, and connected.”

The Write to Stay™ platform introduces a suite of resources focused on mental health, emotional intelligence, and workplace wellbeing. The Daily Reset offers eighty-five guided prompts that help users rebuild focus and calm through journaling. The Writing Well provides structured exercises that deepen awareness and restore internal balance. The Voice Within features three hundred sixty-five affirmations that nurture self-compassion and daily consistency.

For professional audiences, Leading Through Anxiety and The Stay Aware Certification Program bring mental well-being into the workplace. Leading Through Anxiety equips leaders with strategies to manage stress and emotional fatigue while maintaining clarity and empathy. The Stay Aware Certification Program introduces Dr. Williams’s proprietary 5 D’s of Intervention model, which trains leaders, HR professionals, and teams to recognize early signs of distress, engage with care, and create safe, supportive organizational cultures.

Each offering reflects the Write to Stay™ mission to bridge personal healing and professional growth. The company emphasizes that sustainable wellbeing depends on reflection, awareness, and consistent practice, not crisis response.

“Leadership without mental health training is not leadership,” Dr. Williams explains. “You cannot lead from survival. You must first learn to stay steady and aware so that others can grow alongside you.”

Dr. Williams continues to position Write to Stay™ as a global voice in mental health advocacy, combining personal authenticity with evidence-informed approaches to prevention and awareness. His work encourages individuals and organizations to see mental health as a daily discipline rather than a reaction to crisis, redefining strength as the ability to stay grounded while growing forward.

All Write to Stay™ programs and digital products are now available here.
